On the Ask the seller a question page, enter your name, country, and question

To submit your question, click Send.
After ordering, you can contact the seller you ordered from by following these steps:

Go to My Account and click View Purchases under the My Purchases section.

Find the order and select Contact Seller.
What to do when the seller doesn't respond

Sellers are required to respond to inquiries within 2 business days. Sending your inquiry through our system will ensure that a record of your email is saved within your account.

If you receive no response from the seller by the third business day, our Customer Support team will be happy to follow up on your behalf. Please include the Order Number, title, the date of your email, and the question you have for the seller when you reach out to Customer Support.

Our Customer Support team will contact you with the response within 2 business days.

The seller's failure to respond to your initial question will be noted in their account. A pattern of such policy violations can lead to the seller's account being suspended and/or permanently closed.
