Niceville Senior High School Reviews
Rating 4.13 out of 5 523 reviews
I loved going to high school here. It’s in a small town in Florida so everybody knows everybody so it was helpful when we needed help with things. The teachers were always offering before or after school help. They also offered ACT and SAT test prep. The sports teams were great. I was in the band and we were able to march in the 135th rose bowl parade in California. We were the only school in the state of Florida to go. It is definitely a school I would send my kids in the future.
Niceville High School was what I had considered to be an average public high school when I first started attending. However, after attending for over a year now I realized that it has lots to offer. With over 50 clubs to the school’s formidable band, theater, and sports programs, there’s not much more that could be improved in the extracurricular area. Faculty-wise, there is much room for improvement but nothing too serious. Overall, it’s a pretty nice school, however with it being in the state of Florida there are plenty of problems regarding education and exclusion of certain subjects within the AP and coursework area.
Niceville is a great school for learning time management and for kids who are intellectually gifted. The teachers are not great, but as a result, you end up developing useful ways of learning. Facilities are outdated and gross, but the student section at football games is unrivaled.
