My vehicle needed some emergency repairs and, even though the service department was short staffed because of sickness/accidents, and they were booking appointments 6 weeks out, Drew the service manager, managed to squeeze me into their already tight schedule, get the work done and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner.

Dealt entirely online, very responsive. However the vehicle was not as advertised and the dealer pulled it due to issues on the service check which led to $8,000 in repairs and vehicle no longer for sale. Just not the outcome I expected.

Service staff if professional. Car wash of vehicle is inadequate. Sold a policy for wheel/rim replacement, only to find out the policy should not have been sold to me. Dent and Ding policy and was told it covered minor body damages/scrapes..only to be told that it should not have been sold to me. I expected more, better customer service.

We will now get our service at Dimmitt on Rt. 19, more convenient for us now that we leave in the Clearwater area. For 2 decades we have been clients for the St. Petersburg group. I believe St. Petersburg is suffering from what everyone with Covid backlash.

No follow up or follow through. Terrible communication. No expectation set with customer. Unacceptable service time. I am shocked at the lack of customer service at this type of high end dealership. I would return the car if I could and move on. The service experience of a car is more important than the sales experience.

I had a large piece of metal go through the center face of my tire. No idea of what it was from. Went to Dimmit Cadillac in St Petersburg. tTsold Dan Robinson what the problem was. he said I'll take care of it. A short time later he told me your all set, new tire is on and balanced. Start tier was put back in place and the tools were all put back in place also. Dan Robinson takes excellent care of his customers

I took my car for service because the trunk would not open. I didn't have an appointment, however Al Harter checked the trunk and took it in for service. Trunk lock was not working and they had parts so they fixed it while I waited. Within an hour it was fixed and I was on my way home. Al was so kind, knowledgeable and competent. What a wonderful place to go for service.

The car was picked up on Tuesday and driven to the Dealership for the Annual Service. Aston Martin performs an extensive inspection and worn parts replacement that keeps the car looking new and driving the same. The following Monday, it was returned to me in great shape.

After an extensive test regimen they replaced my battery. Unfortunately the original problem persists, i.e. air bag light on. That could mean there is a short circuit somewhere. I sent a text to my service advisor and so far, no response. AND NO DOUNTS!
