- Kimme BBridgetown, Barbados1 contributionThis was a very informative tour of Mount Gay Distillery in St. Lucy. Akeel is very knowledgeable, and was a great tour guide. The rain definitely did not stop our jam!Written 21 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Be a little wary of the offer to let you have your photo taken with one of the horses after which they then ask for payment. But that doesn’t spoil a lovely morning and an unusual sight.Written 2 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Laura W88 contributionsWe visited the races whilst on holiday in Barbados, and were fortunate that our hotel was within a short walking distance to the stand.
We watched the racing from trackside, so didn’t cost anything.
There was a great atmosphere, plenty of food/drink stalls and betting kiosks should you want to place a bet.
The best thing was how close we were to the horses.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Frank MFlorence, SC88 contributionsWent on a thursday to see the museum. i would budget 1-1.5hr for this. interesting historical exhibits. the admission price is definitely right, and they give a discount to folks with mobility issues. Pushing a wheelchair around is doable in most of the areas, but they do have a rather steep ramp to the upper area and the office for tickets is not really accessible.Written 19 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David SMiddlesbrough, UK2,318 contributionsLocated at the top of Broad Street, the historic Parliament Buildings (once known as the Public Buildings) are home to the House of Assembly and Senate.
