To complete the State of Weapon Shipment in Gray Zone Warfare, you’ll need to make your way to the Shooting Range area of Fort Narith and grab the shipment notes in the ammunition depot. Once done, simply return back to Banshee and hand over the notes to complete the quest.

Although Banshee mentioned staying quiet and sneaking in to not cause much trouble in Fort Narith, keep in mind that this area will be crawling with enemies so it’s better to carry a suppressed gun with loads of ammo.

You can find the shipment manifest in the Shooting Range area of Fort Narith in Gray Zone Warfare, right in front of the large bunker, specifically at coordinates 141, 130.

The manifest will be sitting on top of some boxes and you can simply carry it with you and take it back to base camp, and return hand it over to Banshee.
