The purpose of this class is to prepare students to pass the Indiana Brokers Exam.
Requirements to obtain an Indiana Real Estate Broker License:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Pass an approved 90 hour pre-licensing course.
- Pass both parts of the state exam within one year of course completion of the course.
- Affiliate with a Broker Company or ask the state to hold your license unassigned within one year of passing the State exam.
The Required Course:
- Tuition is $549 including textbook and all class material.
- We offer both morning and evening classes. Our classes are located in Crown Point, Highland, and Valparaiso.
- There are 3 class tests of 100 questions each (All multiple choice).
- A total of 225 correct answers (75%) are required to pass the course.
- You must be present at least 80% of the time and attendance is taken.
Refund Policy:
A full refund is given (less the $50.00 processing fee) if you drop the course prior to the first class. No refunds are given after the class has started and all materials must be returned in good condition. Should you need to switch to a different class location during your course, you may do so for $50. **If you are transferring from a live class to an online course the fee is $150.
Retake Policy:
A student may retake the course within (1) year of the completion of the session first attended for a $150.00 fee per retake.
The State examination is $53.00 and is given locally.
Students will receive a certificate of completion upon passing our course and are then eligible to take the State Exam. The State Exam consists of two exams; a 50 question Indiana License Law exam and an 80 question exam on general real estate principles and practices. You must achieve 75% on each exam to pass. Once you have passed the State exam you may apply for a Broker License.
You need to obtain your primary license from the state that you live in. For example, if you live in Indiana, you should obtain your Indiana license first.
