Josh Hager has grown up in the door and hardware industry, first working at Hager Companies during his summer high school years. After separating from Hager for three years to gain outside experience, he officially began his career with Hager Companies in 2002 working in Hong Kong on sales and supply chain for two years. During his tenure, Josh has held positions such as Vice President of International Supply Chain and Purchasing; Group Vice President Marketing and Hager International, Group Vice President Global Sales & Marketing; and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, before taking the helm as President and COO.
Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Covenant College and an Executive MBA in International Business from Saint Louis University, but believes he has learned the most about the industry spending time with customers. Josh lives in St. Louis with his wife and three daughters.
