Everyone's favorite roommates are back together filming for the new season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Although the cast has limited the amount of information they share regarding filming, some details of the new season have come to the surface. From the looks of it, season 6 will not disappoint.
After a drama-filled season 5 of the spinoff series, the roomies are back to filming together yet again. According to Showbiz, the cast recently flew to New Orleans to film for the upcoming season of the show. It is assumed that the trip was planned around Pauly D's show in New Orleans on Friday, November 11. Many of the cast members have shared photos from the trip on social media, which were later shared to Reddit by fans. From the looks of the photos, most of the roomies brought their families along for the quick trip.
The Cast Reportedly Celebrated Vinny Guadagnino's Birthday On The Trip
Finally, after complaining for an entire season about never being celebrated, the cast reportedly celebrated Vinny Guadagnino's birthday on the recent trip. Vinny, who was eliminated from Dancing With The Stars last week, turned 35 years old on November 11, the same day as Pauly's show. Many of his fellow roomies shared photos in celebration of his birthday leading to the assumption that his birthday was a part of the cast's recent filming trip. Fans can also look forward to watching the cast travel to the Carolinas, Santa Barbara, Connecticut, and Los Angeles this season as well.
Since the original cast returned to filming together for the spinoff series, many things have changed from the original series. While they once spent their family vacations going out partying and looking for hook-ups, most of the cast now brings their significant others on nearly every trip with them as well as their children. Deena Cortese, Jenni "Jwoww" Farley and occasionally Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi all tend to bring their children along for filming trips. Soon-to-be girl dad Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his wife Lauren also bring their son on these trips as well.
Although the cast has confirmed that they are filming for season 6, a premiere date has yet to be announced. Since filming has been taking place for quite some time now, it is assumed that the new season will air in the near future. Fans will soon get to see their favorite roomies travel to New Orleans as well as many other assumably crazy trips during the new season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
