SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders made before 4:00 pm (GMT+8) are processed within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
If the product is not available in stock, it may take an additional 2 to 6 days for it to become available. In case we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Therefore, we kindly request you to allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
All packages can be tracked once shipped. Use the link in your confirmation email or search for the order ID and billing email on our website. We will do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible!

TRACKING
When your item is dispatched, we will email you your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website to track your parcel. Also, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note that sometimes tracking info takes up to 48 hours to show up in the system.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
All orders will deliver a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when the order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
Please confirm all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, or phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery. Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days after departing our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items, delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for an inquiry about your purchase. This policy excludes errors customers make when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
Wholesilver® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do it, please contact our customer support team.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Wholesilver® has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees for European customers.
For other regions except Europe, Wholesilver® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once; they are on their way.
CANCELATIONS
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore, it's very unlikely that we will be able to change or cancel it. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any edits. If you need to change your address, please email us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the change will be made if the order has already been fulfilled and processed for shipping.
DAMAGES
Wholesilver® cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
