More success for Marie and Ann Burns' Burneze kennel when their top winning Bitch, Ch Burneze Our Marnie won her 30th CC and took the Bitch CC record at Bournemouth Championship show, followed by Group 3.
At Welsh Kennel Club, Marnie won her 31st CC and finished Reserve Best in Show under Welsh born Peter Green, who now resides in the USA.
During her show career, Marnie has been the top WHWT in 2016 and 2017 and leading top dog currently in 2018. Winner of one All Breeds Best in Show, two All Breeds Reserve Best in Show, four Terrier Group 1s and multiple group placings. Marnie is by UK/Int/Nordic Ch Tomlyndon Eager Ernest and by Ch Burneze Plan Bea.
Breeders and owners Marie and Ann Burns told OUR DOGS that Marnie's Mum, Burneze Plan Bea is the only Westie (male or female) to produce three group winners, and two Best in Show winners. She is the only bitch in the breed to produce six Best Puppy in Breed winners, a very successful producer. Marnie is half sister to Crufts Supreme Champion Burneze Geordie Girl and Ch Burneze Billie On Air, who have won 45 CCs between them.
