I recently got about as far as you can get (for now) in Hades 2, and I really enjoyed it as well as the 1st game. I'm obsessed with the Greek mythology aspect of both games, and I love the lore and relationship building in them too. I've always been really into games that lean into mythology, whether it's the games own created myths or long-standing mythology that's been around for a while in our world. Some other games I enjoyed are AC Valhalla and Odyssey (mostly the Ragnarok DLC and lore, the combat was meh), the most recent God of War games, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice (super excited for the second one to release later this month), and I've also been a long time player of Smite. I'm also really looking forward to the release of Black Myth: Wukong. Any suggestions are appreciated, no matter how obscure they may be! I will say that I highly appreciate games with beautiful graphics, but I'm fully down for pixel games too (Like Wizard of Legend). For reference, I mostly play on PC, but I also own an Xbox Series X and a PS5.
