Vancouver Airport Terminal Information
Vancouver Airport (YVR) has two main terminals that serve international and domestic flights, along with the smaller South Terminal.
International Terminal
While all other international Departures are made from Gate D of the International Terminal, USA departures are made from Gate E in the International Terminal. The International Terminal is also home to a comprehensive Business Center located on the Arrivals level.
Domestic Terminal
Canada Departures are from Gates A, B, or C in the Domestic Terminal of the Vancouver International Airport. In addition to all the other modern facilities, level one of the Domestic Terminal also includes a pharmacy, a medical clinic, a dental clinic and a dry-cleaning center.
South Terminal
Pacific Coastal Airlines operate from the South Terminal at Vancouver International Airport. A courtesy shuttle to this terminal runs between the ground floor of the Departures level and the Arrivals level of the International Terminal.
Airlines regularly serving the South Terminal include: Craig Air, Harbour Air Ltd., Hawkair, Helijet Airways, Integra Air, KD Air Corporation, Northern Hawk Aviation Ltd., Pacific Coastal Airlines Ltd., Regency Express, and Regional1 Airlines Ltd. Floatplane facilities include: Amigo Airways, Baxter Aviation, Pacific Wings Airlines, Saltspring Air, Seair Seaplanes, Tofino Air, and West Coast Air.

Duty Free
A selection of duty-free shops are located throughout the Vancouver Airport (YVR).
Gift Shops
Vancouver Airport offers a wide choice of retailers selling gifts, clothes and books: stores include British Columbia and Beyond, Christmas in Vancouver, Kids Works, National Geographic, Great Canadian Book Company, Crabtree & Evelyn, The Body Shop and PGA Tour Golf shop. Several convenience stores and newsagents are also available.
Restaurants and Bars
The wide variety of dining options available to passengers at the Vancouver Airport (YVR) include Elephant and Castle, Voyages, Pacific Market, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Tim Hortons. Vancouver Airport (YVR) is noteworthy for featuring six Asian food outlets.
Business Services
Business Center
Located at the International Terminal Arrivals level, the Business Center offers facilities like fax, photocopying, computer workstations, dataports, and Internet ports.
Internet Access
22 TELUS Internet Payphones, with mini keyboard and monitor, are conveniently located throughout the Vancouver International Airport. Wireless Internet is also available in public areas and lounges for passengers with mobile computers equipped with an 802.11b wireless network card.
Fax and Photocopying
The International Currency Exchange provides 24-hour fax and photocopying services on Level 3, International Departures. The Business Center on Level 2, International Arrivals, also offers fax and photocopy services.
Post
Canada Post, full service postal outlet is located on Level 1 of the Domestic Arrivals area.
Currency Exchange and ATMs
Foreign Exchange Desks
International Currency Exchange (ICE) is located in several locations, including the International Departures area on Level 3, at the Vancouver Airport.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
Several ATMs are located in both post and pre-security areas of the airport. Some of these locations include C Pier, International / US Arrivals, Domestic Departures, and International / US Departures. Canadian Dollar and foreign currency ATMs are located in areas outside the security checkpoints.

Tourist Information
Super Natural British Columbia Visitor Info Center offers tourists assistance in finding hotels, sightseeing bookings and ground transportation tickets. Located on Level 2, Domestic Arrivals and Level 2, International Arrivals.
Medical Facilities
Vancouver Airport Medical Clinic provides comprehensive health care to the airport community. Travel medicine and vaccinations, aviation medicine, primary health care and first aid to treat minor injuries are available. No appointments required. Located on Level 1, Domestic Arrivals.
Facilities for the Physically Challenged
Vancouver Airport is one of the most barrier-free airports in the world. The airport's terminal features for disabled travellers include:
• Accessible escalators and elevators
• Ticket and service counters with amplified hand-sets
• Low-mounted flight information monitors designed for easier viewing with high-contrast typeface
• Visual paging monitors and public address systems displayed in written form
• Information kiosks equipped with closed-captioned decoders
• Tactile guidance maps of the terminal building
• Accessible public telephones and services for the deaf (contact the operations department at +1 604 207 7070)
• Accessible washrooms; facilities for service dogs are to be built in the near future
• Wheelchair accessible taxis
• Airport rental car agencies can provide cars with hand-controls.
Although there are no companies at the airport renting ramped vans, the Canadian Paraplegic Association rents vans for use around the city.
