Health Issues

Lily-Rose Depp had her first major scare in 2007, when she was hospitalized for a serious e.coli infection. Her kidney failed due to this and she remained in hospital for nine days at Great Ormond Street in London.

She has also struggled with anorexia in the past, and has since recovered. It was one of the darkest period of her life, talking to French ELLE Magazine, she talked about her difficulties “dealing with it.”

Further went on to mention that “all who are familiar with this problem, know how difficult it is to return to a normal life.” Having battled eating disorder for a long time, Lily-Rose Depp is a lot healthier and is “proud of the results” she has achieved.

Eating disorder is unfortunately very common, with many female celebrities having faced issues. Being in the public eye makes it easier for people to target them, which leaves them open to body shaming.

Lily-Rose Suffered from negative comments about her body for a long time, before learning to cope with being so famous. She is definitely well beyond her dark days, posting her figure regularly on Instagram as well as making more public appearances.

Having suffered from anorexia and eating disorder, Lily hasn’t always had the best of diets. As she’s got older she has realized the importance of good nutrition, maintaining healthy food intake.

When asked whether she is strict with her diet and fitness in an interview for Vogue in 2021, she replied saying she doesn’t exercise much, whilst also mentioning her love for “junk food.” She also said that she does eat “healthy food as well”, and understands that it’s important to keep a balance.

Her love for food is well documented through her social media, where we see a wide range of meals. With a quick metabolism, she has always maintained her slim figure without having to restrict her diet too much.

Although Lily-Rose doesn’t follow a strict diet, she still eats clean food, like vegetables, fruits, salmon, chicken and meats. She believes that a diet is perfect as long as there is a balance of different foods and nutrients.

She is one of the few female celebrities that doesn’t restrict herself to certain foods, and is occasionally seen trying out different restaurants. Being happy and enjoying what you eat, is just as important as a healthy diet.

Workout Plan
