I placed a order for cards and…

I placed a order for cards and flyers..I ordered both at the same time.The order was shipped separately having to pay twice for shipping.I cancelled my cards the cost for shipping was more than the card or the flyers.this is to me unacceptable for a small business just starting.So in saying that do your homework before ordering on line.find out the final cost including shipping.this will save you time and frustration.

I'll keep this brief

I'll keep this brief, and the way customer service has handled my issue is the real problem here, as I understand that we all make mistakes. I ordered 150 custom boxes after ordering 1 sample box to make sure I liked the outcome. 2 big issues. FIRST: Upon receiving 150 boxes i noticed they used my old rough draft to print all 150 boxes (not the one i used for my sample order) Although this was a serious issue, i understood that possibly there was a miscommunication. they gave me a $200 credit. after using 25 boxes I realized that the last 125 boxes were all misprinted (everything was shifted to the right 1 to 2 inches. looking unprofessional and design was bleeding into other sections. I was refused a refund because I'd already been given a $200 credit (on a nearly $1k order) and it had been over 30 days. I don't feel a need to elaborate any further, they still haven't got back to me anything further over email. I've reported them to the BBB. I'll never use again. I wanted to like them, but I have 125 useless misprinted boxes and they won't own up to the mistake and are frankly gaslighting me, as if this is some problem outside their control.

love love love

love love love. Everything I've ordered from UPrinting has been great. I like that they have unusual shapes compared to other print online suppliers. I've been able to be more creative with my printed products, and people have noticed. Image quality also has been perfect.
One thing I would change is the shipping cost option. It's expensive compared to other shipping because it automatically goes by Priority. I'd like the option to select shipping options, thus price options. The rep worked with me for a previous order and changed the shipping method, which lowered the rate. But that was a hassel to arrange, but it was worth it.

Highly Recommend uprinting.com!!

We ordered custom gift card sleeves for our business and are so happy with the quality and turnaround time for the project! They came within 5 days which is way sooner than anticipated. Could not recommend them more!!

The final product is beautiful l

The final product is beautiful. Beyond anything I imagined. There are issues with the design platform when going back to edit. I kept having to resize the canvas and arranging the images and words. That part was very frustrating. But overall the customer service rep that helped me was very responsive and professional.

It was my first time using Uprinting…

It was my first time using Uprinting for my Christmas family photo cards and I will certainly go directly to them again next year. I prefer to design my own cards and layout and this company allowed me to do that. Next year I will be more brave to add my own graphic to them. I loved the quality of the paper strength options and the print also came out great! The cost came out better with Uprinting than the last couple of years using other companies and I was always forced to use their company templates. I got them done fast and they delivered fast and they even responded to my very minor glitch promptly. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service!

We love UPrinting! The quality of the prints is amazing, price point is fair, and their customer service is out of this world. We had some issues with the sizing of our prints once received, and they were extremely helpful and responsive in resolving our issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality prints!

Ok but very dissatisfied with the outcome…

The site was ok as far as utility and function but I was extremely disappointed with the proof process and the quality of the product that was shipped. Apparently the file that was uploaded was not high res enough. Instead of asking for a new file to upload they called out the issue buried in other text and went ahead with the order. It was terrible quality printing. When I called to ask about it they said there was nothing they could do. I took my entire company’s sizable order to another company with better customer service and who stand behind their work

It was really disappointing when my…

It was really disappointing when my order arrived in the box was wet on the bottom. Several of the cards were also water damaged. I contacted your support and they were helpful and thanked me for letting them know. They didn’t offer any partial refund or anything, but I mean I guess it’s not really your fault, it was FedEx. My front porch is not damp in any way so something on their truck is wet. Fortunately, I was home when it arrived so I got most of them out of the box before they were too damaged.

EXPECT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Well I've been going through a pretty horrible experience as a loyal repeat customer for years.

They outsource to an incompetent foreign call center. And I have been completely unable to speak with a competent person to solve my simple problem for days.

Before last week, I would have gladly recommended this company, Now all I can say is **STAY FAR AWAY!**. They absolutely do not care about customer service at all.

**update: they replied here saying they were sorry they were unable to mend the experience. They made NO EFFORT to address my issues or offer any resolution. **. I’d love to hear from their senior management. But I know this company just doesn’t care.

Two years straight I had my corporate…

Two years straight I had my corporate holiday card printed through Uprinting. Both were custom jobs as well, meaning there was communication with their team. In the end the cards cam out awesome and the team was easy to work with.

Great price on bookmarks!

I was trying to purchase the bookmarks from my original company and realized I was paying $.42 per bookmark. Their prices were ridiculous. I went online to find another place to order and found UPrinting. They were able to give me 1000 bookmarks for less than $.10 per bookmark. What a difference! When they arrived, they were lovely - the quality was excellent. Thank you UPrinting. I'll be back!

High-quality, dependable, joy to work with

This is the third print job I've ordered from y'all, and I have to say, everyone does a fantastic job!!

The colors are always spot on, it's fast, reliable, and correct. I even tried ordering magnets from another company, was completely incorrect, saw that you offer magnets too, got it printed through y'all, and it's perfect!!

Can't recommend this company highly enough, I'll be sure to print all of my business collateral with you from now on!!

Best banner we've ever had!

Best banner we've ever had!

Thank you SO much - it looks absolutely fantastic. The team that went back and forth with me on the proofs (at least 10 times) was very patient with me and so quick.

I had to do a customer service call with Mark to ensure the design would translate to print and he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Give that guy a raise :)

It printed and shipped very quickly. It looks great. I was worried that the design wouldn't look clear since it is printed on a fabric banner, but it's very sharp.

100% satisfied and will be using UPrinting for all our marketing products going forward. Thanks!

Project turned out very well. The layout team flaged 2 items that were not going to print correctly, and I was able to correct those before printing. The end result was nicely done, and arrived earlier than expected.

Their team is amazing!

Their team is amazing!! We did a welcome booklet for our church and they had so much patience as they kept checking it and let me know what needed to be changed. I am not super knowledgeable about crops and bleeds and all the technical stuff that has to happen to produce a good booklet but they sure are! I am so very grateful they were the company we chose. My booklets arrived today, a full week ahead of schedule and look fantastic! We definitely will send all our printing to this company moving forward.

Great Banner & Customer Service!

The banner I ordered came quickly and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. Colors sharp and clear. Customer service was exceptional- I wasn't in a hurry for my order and not willing to pay a large shipping charge, and when I contacted them they quickly found a slower, cheaper shipping rate for me. THAT made me happy- order placed!

One stop for custom printing

We needed to print holiday materials to give out to our customers. Our designers were late with graphics and we had little time left to print materials. We were glad that uprinting was able to to print our materials in a timely matter.

The Best online banner ordering experience!

Amazing customer service. I was ordering a vinyl banner for our school PTA. I called several places locally- only one or two picked up the phone and when I finally received quotes the prices were $$$ plus I’d have to pay extra for graphic touch up and go and pick it up myself. With UPrinting I was able to shop for my order online, chat to resolve some quick questions I had, and they even got back to me in less than 30 mins about approval for using a tax exempt form. I placed my order, they sent digital proofs before printing and sent it all to me in the mail for much less than the local stores quoted me. I will be telling everyone I know who needs to print banners about UPrinting. They are quick, responsive, reliable and do quality work. Do not hesitate to give them a try!
