Hi everyone, as a Charmed fan and fanfic writer myself, I was curious if many of you read these stories. There are a lot works of fictions out there and I was wondering what you see as the biggest pitfalls or mistakes a fanfic writer can make. What is something that immediately lose interest in a story?
My personal pet peeves are:
Giving characters way too many powers, because it makes characters lose uniqueness and give them less challenges.
Complicated and near-impossible hybrid characters, especially triple hybrids.
Overly long and compliated character names.
I’m finishing up the first book for my charmed reboot series that follows three brothers as The Charmed Ones. It includes magic from both shows with new abilities, spells, potions, demons, and more.
Rafael Ramirez is the oldest brother with the power to manipulate and control fire. His power will advance allowing his heat to burn holes and space and create portals and maybe he gains the ability to control the other elements with time and practice
Rowan Ramirez is the middle brother with the power to rewind the flow of time. His powers will later advance allowing him to rewind time faster and longer or instantly around on particular object and then he will be able to accelerate the flow of time and when combine those two powers he can freeze time
Riley Ramirez is the youngest brother with the power to see and read the auras of other beings. His powers will later advance allowing him to manipulate auras in a variety of ways like mimicking the auras of others to replicate their powers and even strip the auras of others, stripping their powers
Does the magical community ever apologize to the charmed ones for siding with Billie and Christy against the Halliwells.

Does anyone know if there was anything more to the connection between Kindred: The Embraced and Charmed?
From the outside it looks like Kindred: The Embraced was cancelled right at the start and money and equipment went to the production of Charmed. Perhaps this allowed Charmed to reshoot the pilot episode?
Anyway. Charmed is set in the same town. Uses some sets from Kindred, especially in the first season. The ‘Quake’. The ‘police station’.
Also, almost every actor with a prominent role from Kindred: The Embraced has made an appearance in Charmed at some point.
Tuatha, Cree, War/Cronus, Henry
Question how come Charmed isn't on Paramount+ it is owned by Paramount right from CBS?.
What’s a power or a type of magic you would’ve loved to see more about or have more context/info about?
Mine is Conjuring the Elements and Telekinesis. We never really saw water being controlled in the series and I think it would’ve been nice to see Prue or Billie’s telekinesis advanced to maybe even being able to teleport
Any idea how to translate the Latin in The Book of Shadows?
Need suggestions
Pretty simple question, if you could have one magical power which would you choose and why? Personally, especially as a mum, I find I can't do enough at times, so telekinesis would really help with multitasking. All responses welcome, thanks.
If there were to be another charmed reboot, what would people like to see more about? All ideas/opinions should be respected, I would love to see what y’all have in mind.
Are banshees implied to be rare? In the episode Leo (or Cole I don’t remember) says that banshees feed every night, and because we see that banshees kill their victims so distinctively it makes it seem they’d be easy to track, but it was the first time anyone in the group dealt with one. When Phoebe gets turned into one it’s said it was because witches in high emotional distress get turned into one with the cry of a banshee, but because we saw how it affected Prue, Piper, and Phoebe when they found out they were witches, doesn’t that mean there would be more people banshees could potentially turn and hence more of them? Idk just a thought
I've been thinking about the times Paige got transformed into a vampire and a nymph. How the vampire coven were flirty with each other and Paige, Rowan was the only male vampire in that episode ("Bite Me"), how the nymphs kissed her on the cheeks to transform her.
I feel like if we saw even one scene where Paige reciprocated affection, it would've confirmed she's bisexual.
My theory is that it was the early 2000s and the writers were afraid to take the risk.
