Nice place to stay. You will have to pay for a cab $9 to the place you want to go whether its oranjested($12) palm beach, or eagle beach. You can walk to eagle beach in 20 minutes. The shuttle is free but only runs mon- sat 10 am to either 2 pm or 3 pm. The breakfast is limited, maybe 4 options. There are 2 pools. You get a welcome drink. Cab from airport to here is $25. It is family friendly. New towels everyday. Helpful staff. They drove us on a sunday to the beach since we didnt know the shuttle didnt run that day. Also provided us with an ice tray. Unfortunately when I stayed with my friend it was very noisy due to the student rooms behind our room and we could not sleep. Nice fridge and a/c. Showers can use updating. Overall good for the price.

The grounds are great and just as expected. Previous comments spoke about poor internet and no hot water, but if it was a problem it is not the case anymore. Very accommodating. Many different types of rooms, we had a one bedroom, and after we were gone for the entire day, the room was still cool. This is a popular spot with many repeat stays from Nederlanders and the US vacationers. We are from Toronto area and stayed for 4 weeks, and enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to Super Food and 10 minute walk to Chengs. The roads provide good walking space. The daily shuttle will take you pretty much anywhere. It is absolutely all you need. Andy & Rena Georgetown, Ontario

Lovely experience! Aruba Blue Village offers nice studio/1bedroom apartment accommodation for a fair price. The room was clean and well equipped, they also offer a fresh beach towel every day. Fresh breakfast every morning. There are two swimming pools and beds available for the guests all day long. The receptionists are amazing, very available and friendly. Always ready to listen and satisfy your requests. A special thank you to Ingrid who was always helping us with a smile!

Ingrid and Maya were some of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure to meet. While we extended our stay we would have needed to switch rooms but these two wonderful people worked very hard to keep us in the same room. Rooms are very clean and updated. Quiet with a nice bar/restaurant at very affordable prices. Everyone will make you feel like family and welcomed. Can’t be it. 5-10 minutes from everywhere and reasonable prices.

We had a most comfortable room (two bedrooms!) with a small but very practical kitchen. Quiet environment, so good for recuperating patients. Clean! Wifi, TV, restaurant in house with good food (fresh fish)! We were close to the beach and to town (Not walking distance however). And all is blue. Good service: housekeeping, front desk.

I will say that I didn’t expect much, but when we arrived to Blue Village, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was amazing! It was like a piece of paradise. I walked out my room and was only like 3 steps from the pool. The restaurant located on the property was also amazing!! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. The front desk staff are superior! The room was clean, no bugs, fresh towels everyday, hotel perimeter was always maintained and spotless! Pool was clean, I had no issues here! They even help set up your tours and transportation for you. It truly was a great vacation because of this great little place.

Dear Mr. Owner, at your house, do you and your wife take a cold shower everyday, than dry yourselves off with filthy towels, groom yourselves to a rusty mirror, brush your teeth in a sink with no knob, do your business on a dirty toilet, than go to sleep in a dirty bed that has a very short sheet? Than, when you wake up in the morning, do you have something to eat at home, or do you have to walk 10 minutes up the street to eat breakfast? Or do you plug in your coffee maker, and nearly get electrocuted? What’s that? You don’t? Than why to you force your guests to do these things? Also, does your house have dim lights, and no windows? Because your hotel does. I have to say, your staff was very friendly and helpful, at making our stay at this "hotel", as comfortable as possible, but YOU Mr. Owner, don’t know the first thing about running a hotel. If you cannot figure out how a hotel should be run, you can contact “Hotel Impossible”, and they will assist you. Oh, and please tell your cleaning staff that checkout time is at 12, because they seem to think it is earlier. Thank you. Sincerely yours, an unhappy guest.

I visited Aruba and stayed at this hotel from Jan 14, 2014 to Jan 23 2014. Tried to leave earlier but could not get a refund..its their policy. PROS: The external areas(garden and pool) are not bad at all. CONS: 1: The room was horrible. I saw 2 cockroaches(huge ones). Took pictures. Lots of flies. 2: Hot water could not be controlled..the handle was missing. So we showered in coldish water. 3: The manager. Could not find my deposit blank credit card. Told her I was not gonna leave until I get it. She found it. 4: They will not refund money if u pay in advance. So be careful. Conclusion this is not the place to go to. Complaints were met with excuses. The weather for the cockroaches

They don't have a shuttle to the beach. You can walk to the Eagle beach. The bikes on property are free if not very cheap.

Recepcion Aruba Blue Village
