All I can say is Thank You!! We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary here. This really is a hidden gem and it was so beautiful inside. The staff and the service were marvellous. It is so refreshing to see people smiling and enjoying there jobs. The food and drinks are so good that we are already talking about when we will have a chance to go back.

Tardaron en tomarnos la orden y para la entrega d e comida fue una hora después de haber llegado. La comida muy rica. El lugar muy cómodo. No se sentía el calor gracias a los ventiladores. Fue la primera vez que íbamos. Nos gustó mucho.

The bartender is great for creating off menu items that are fabulous. We just had appetizers and split and entree, but it was very good as well. The ambiance is romantic and very picturesque. Would highly recommend.

Service was just ok. Food was very bland. Noise level was off the chart. I love a good band but could not hear each other speak.

While visiting in Cabo we made reservations at this restaurant in hopes that we would have a great experience. We were seated right away and for the most part no complaints where we were seated but others in our party didn't like we were the first table as you walked into the dining area, so lots of traffic going by. The drinks were good and unique and three in our party ordered pizzas which were delicious. The other three, myself included, ordered entrees. I had the catch of the day which was Seabass. I had such high hopes...unfortunately the fish was dry. The sucking pig was also a big dissapointment. It was basically pulled pork with very little flavor. So having said this...if you go for drinks and pizza you won't be disappointed. The other food entrees were lacking and for the prices not worth it. Find another establishment for delicious food and there are lots to chooose from in downtown San Jose.

We keep trying but this time sealed the deal. Jardin Secreto is beautiful. The band is always amazing but the service/food are completely hit or miss. This time we decided to give it one more try based on our last not so great experience. We were seated next to the pizza/pig fire pit, not an ideal table because of the heat but no worries. About 10-15 minutes later someone comes by and takes our water order. Then crickets. There was what looked like a manager standing between the kitchen and other tables playing on his phone. About 25 minutes of waiting, we finally got his attention and asked if he was the manager. He said no, what do you want? Around this time the water came to the table and we said, "oh our waiter, here he is" Apparently he was just the water guy and the non-manager, phone guy said, "what do you want?" We asked if he was our waiter and again just asked what we wanted. We ordered drinks; his reponse "food?" ... um well ok, we said that we'd love to have our cocktails while we looked at the menu. He went back & assumed the phone position. 15 min later, cocktails arrive. We flag him down again, looking at other perplexed guests trying to figure out how to get service. Eventually our food came. Never saw waiter again other than him standing playing on his phone. At that point we flagged down the nice water guy and asked for our check. Waiter drops check at table - nothing said. We'd been out of drinks/water for awhile. 15 minutes later check lady comes with the machine. No words, just takes the credit card and finishes the transaction. So bizarre. There are so many amazing restaurants in San Jose del Cabo with outstanding service and food. We are down there 4-5 times a year. Don't waste your time coming here unless you sit at the bar where the bartender is attentive. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but it was a complete waste of time and money. Three strikes, but this one took 1st place for sure!
