I'd really appreciate any input about this program, such as the pros and cons of studying it at an HBO level rather than, for example, at Delft Uni. How bad is CSE at HBO level? Would it be a bad investment?

I am aware that CSE in Delft is more prestigious and has higher level “wo“ and education quality.
