Our room was in the classical building with a trifecta view of the Vltava, Charles Bridge, and the castle. Just wonderful.

The hotel is located a block from a tram station, literally two minutes from Charles Bridge and about an 8 minute walk to Old Town square, ideal for exploring on foot.

I'm a big fan of the 4S app and used it pretty much for all requests which the hotel handled quickly and accurately (before and during our stay). Great experience with the staff. We especially enjoyed our driver, John, who gave us a great welcome tour on the ride from the airport. Also, thanks to Captain Stefan who shared some interesting history and stories on the private river cruise. Everything we arranged with the hotel was excellent.

Cottocrudo had a good breakfast selection and convenient for having a drink in the afternoon, al fresco, on their small patio.

I can't think of a better endorsement than to say that when we return to Prague, we'll be staying here again.

Tip: Hotel's hydrotherapy pool was full-featured and was very therapeutic.
There's also a very nice Vietnamese restaurant right across the hotel.

Everything was as the title says, impeccable. Cleanliness, food quality and the most important, human factor-people who work there are true professionals. You can only learn from them (deformation profesinelle) or just and relax and enjoy being pampered.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at; decor, comfort, service, food, location - all unbeatable. Highlights included, impeccable housekeeping and laundry service, the gorgeous fine dining. Rooms are incredibly comfortable and all feels brand new.
The entire staff was excellent (front desk ( Anna very warm welcoming, Szilagyi ( always happy to assist and go beyond expectations, concierge ( Veronika she did help me a lot to book my ticket and I am totally thankful for her utmost help, fine dining team ( Denys/ David & Andrea you are amazing guys, lastly Nikola massage therapist she was OMG one of the best relaxation massage I got in life. Everyone was extremely friendly and took pains to make sure every request was handled professionally. Really felt that the staff was vested in my experience and enjoyment Room was great as well, especially the bathroom & view.
Thank you very much front office team for making my stay lasting and memorable!

Can’t say enough about this hotel and the very high level of service provided. Hotel is perfectly located, rooms well-appointed, and there service from airport pickup to spa to housekeeping was what you might expect from this luxury brand. One special call out was to the front desk staff, especially Barbora who was working on New Year’s eve. While getting ready for spend the evening out, the top button of my jacket came off about 25 minutes before we needed to leave and catch our boat cruise. I rushed down to the front desk where Barbora promptly took my jacket and had he button sewn back on in about 10 minutes. I don’t know how she made that magic happen but it saved my wardrobe malfunction and was a highlight of the stay.

We paid 1200.00 for our room. No glass of Champagne when we got there, not a small bottle for 2 in the room. Everyplace we stayed in Europe did. They put out wafers from a box cheap to have with hot chocolate, literally everywhere had Christmas or local gingerbread cookies. Coffee table in lobby had rings and crumbs. Left expensive earbuds in room. No one emailed us. When we called they had them, took 4 days to receive payment link to have them shipped.

Wow, the Four Seasons Prague has to be the best hotel location in the city. Placed beside the Charles Bridge and about two blocks from old town this hotel is perfect home base for exploring Prague. If available, I would highly recommend upgrading your room to the traditional rooms in the historical building, where you can take advantage of river views and see top attractions like Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and the swans from your window. Incredible stay, with immaculate service.

It's always a pleasure to stay at a Four Seasons property, but the Four Seasons Prague exceeds the mean Four Seasons standard in literally every way. First, the location is perfect - close to everything and yet quiet, elegant and sophisticated. The service is utterly impeccable and the design and decor is both attractive and ergonomically efficient. The restaurants were excellent and I in particular want to mention a waitress at Cotto Cruco - Jana Vadalova - whose extraordinary kindness and attitude was exceeded only by her competence and service oriented persona. She made our stay even better just by being around her and enjoying her personality. I also want to compliment the room, the spa and of course the attention to detail throughout the entire property which a Four Seasons consistently provides. Whether for tourism, business or both, the Four Seasons Prague is the right choice for any discerning traveller going to Prague.

The rooms absolutely lived up to their reputation. Unfortunately the breakfast was way below Four Seasons standards. We decided to give the hotel a try after my last time having breakfast with my sister (who was a guest at the hotel). I thought it was fantastic.

This time around it was very different story. We tried an omellete that was inedible. I tried a french toast which was served undercooked (raw egg dripping out) and the waffle was dry.

The staff on a whole was pretty good, but checking in at reception was incredibly uncomfortable. I politely declined an outrageous "upgrade opportunity". But they did not let it go, making multiple passive aggressive comments about how its a shame not to have the upgraded view. It made us feel like we were being harrased by someone trying to sell us a tourist card on the street or something.

This was not what I would expect from a Four Seasons. I've stayed in a couple of other Four Seasons locations and this just wasn't up to par. Its a shame because the location is fantastic and the property is stunning.

From the entrance to the point I had to bid my farewell I was the happiest person to be here I guess. What can I not compliment about. The food, atmosphere, ambiance, and SERVICE is the best I’ve experienced from a few most or best hotels in the destinations I have travelled with my friends.
It was unforgettable.
I truly wanna come back to you.
I hope I can make it soon.
Thank you Thank you for your truly amazing service.

This hotel is situated close to most places you’d like to visit in Prague. The check-in reception was cool and not especially friendly or welcoming, just business. We reserved a king room that was not the base room, but a step up, though I couldn’t see what the difference could have been except maybe the higher floor level. The breakfast was not especially remarkable except that it didn’t seem like a five star breakfast in terms of quality. For instance, there was yoghurt served but came with tiny shot glasses of maybe four or five berries. It seemed paltry. Pastries were serviceable. We ordered food from the bar one night, and again, it was merely so-so and a disappointment. Service in the dining room was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and the bathroom had stingy pump soaps and lotions instead of travel size bottles. To be honest, this property didn’t feel especially luxurious or like you were at a luxury hotel, and I would choose a different property if coming back to Prague. The lobby which is usually the most beautiful and luxurious part of a hotel seemed dull and bland and doesn’t offer the ta-da! visual experience. By far the friendliest, most professional, and most efficient staff we interacted with were the bellmen, like Roman and David. They were courteous and responsive, helping us on more than one occasion with prompt attention like interpreting with a Ukrainian taxi driver and which we were most grateful for. By far, aside from the checkin, the staff at the hotel are its best quality. The rooms and food are off and not up to par for 5 star and didn’t provide the experience that other European Four Seasons or five star properties provide.
