Help needed
Half of my storage is literally taken up by my iCloud Drive when I don’t have anything there it’s all deleted, It’s deleted off my phone, it’s deleted off my iCloud, it’s deleted everywhere and every way but yet somehow half of my phones storage is taken up by it.
How tf does that work how do I get rid of it bc seriously this is so fucking annoying and I am not going to spend 1500 on a new phone just bc this shit won’t disappear

Check the recently deleted in the files app, you can then permanently delete the files from there.
If you use WhatsApp and backup your conversations to iCloud, it might be that. You cannot fully manage your iCloud Drive contents via the web interface.
Ohhh didn’t know about the web interface thing. Do you mean sometimes you have to go into the actual app itself or other settings? Or literally use a computer to review? Just trying to clarify.
The second image of the three the OP uploaded shows they tried accessing iCloud Drive via iCloud.com. Certain app-specific files cannot be accessed that way.
You can manage your iCloud Drive in the files app to remove anything you don’t want to keep on your device. Also be sure to check the “recently deleted” folder to make sure that everything is completely removed, and not just tucked away out of sight

I finally figured it out I had to completely disable iCloud Drive entirely and it removed it all

Also check your iCloud in the web where all does files are still saved
One of my friend got a similar issue and I believe it is caused mainly by Whatsapp, from what I have seen in different post, Whatsapp is pushing it's file through iCloud drive in your phone before uploading to the cloud. Just turn off syncing your phone in iCloud drive then this portion of storage will be cleared, but for long term it maybe better to change the frequency of Whatsapp backup schedule
