"LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR CARDIOLOGY CARE. Nice guy who he seems knowledgeable and is an experienced cardiologist — but it has become increasingly difficult to get a timely appointment with Dr. Moore. The main problem with Dr. Moore is the rude and unprofessional behavior among some of his staff members. Sometimes it was hard to get prescriptions refilled and I was always being put on “hold” or transferred to leave a recorded message. When visiting Dr. Moore’s office, there is one particular women who works at the reception desk who has always been rather coarse and abusive with patients — at least she was during my several visits over the course of two years as his patient. I’d observed her shabby treatment of many patients. One or two of the other ladies at the front desk are usually in a bad mood as well. So, given that it’s always difficult to contact Dr. Moore’s office, his front office staff is rude, and Dr. Moore seems overloaded with patients . . . I have decided to look for another ...
