Truly, I always come back to this property when I’m staying anywhere in middle tennessee. They housed me for a long stay several years back when I had to be near the hospital all day, and it’s just as lovely and accommodating now as it was then. The staff are all so kind and helpful, and everything was so clean. The halls are quiet and the beds are comfy. I know hotels can be a toss up when it comes to choosing one, but this one is a real gem.

We had a problem with bugs in our bedroom but staff was very nice and changed us to another room. Location is great, close to Medical Center where there is plenty of dining opinions.

Convenient location and parking. Didn’t know it did not include breakfast, but price was right. Pet friendly hotel. Saw two dogs/ owners in halls. Noise or odor was not a problem, but prefer hotels where pets don’t stay inside due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. A drive-up covered entrance would have been nice because it was raining when we left. Probably won’t return.

Excellent service
The young lady at check in was so friendly and the check in was super fast. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The second night of my stay the heat went out. It was 11 degrees outside so to say it was cold, it was cold. They called a gentleman in and he brought a new unit to swap it out with. That took no longer than 20 minutes and the heat was back on. Excellent service if you ask me. I couldn’t be more happy with my stay. Thank you!!
