  • These step-by-step instructions will assist you in performing a factory reset of the T-Mobile Hotspot. Connect to one of the T-Mobile Hotspot networks and proceed with your PC.
  • Open your browser. In the address bar, enter http://192.168.0.1 and press the enter key.
  • Choose Input password and enter the password. Choose Login.
    Note: The default admin password is Admin + last 4 digits of the IMEI (eg: Admin1234). The IMEI is printed on the device label underneath the battery. If it is the first time you are using the Web interface, you will be required to change the password.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Choose Device Settings.
  • Scroll down. Choose Reset.
  • Choose Confirm.
  • The T-Mobile Hotspot will restore to the default settings and restart automatically. After a factory reset, reconnect to the hotspot using the default credentials on the label under the battery.
