There are many armors in SkyBlock, but not every single armor is useful. This guide listed the armors you should buy and use in very early to end game.

• For late/end game players, you have the ability to select the most suitable armor for yourself!

General

Early Game			A Water Hydra Head can bought from the auction house for not a lot in this stage. It is better than the helmet as it provides more health and defense and is a higher rarity.	Yes
			Glacite Armor is much better than Hardened Diamond Armor, especially in mines areas. Early-game ironman players may find it hard to kill Ice Walker, though it is highly recomended, as players will also use it starting out in the Dwarven Mines. Overall, this is a great set.	No
		Combat 12	Ender Armor is a good set for early end combat, though Glacite Armor is also a good choice, and more useful overall. This set is also good on the End Island as its stats are doubled on there.	Yes
Mid-Early Game		Combat 16	Though this set is better than Ender Armor and Unstable Dragon Armor for ❤ Effective Health, Unstable Dragon Armor is a lot better overall, thus Old Dragon is not recommended, especially since its ❤ Effective Health is not that much better then Unstable's.	Yes
		Combat 16	Ender Armor is slightly better in the End if you are not grinding for higher ❁ Damage.	Yes
		A high  Farming level is recommended.	Farmer Boots paired with any Dragon Armor is a great way to get ❤ Health, ❈ Defense, ❁ Damage and ✦ Speed at the same time, especially great for Zealot grinding. Farmer Boots are also useful for getting around, and are thus almost required for gameplay.	Yes
Late-Early Game		Combat 16(Spider Slayer IV, if the Tarantula Helmet is used.)	Strong Dragon Armor is a very good set for mid game. If your ❁ Strength is less than 300 with only the Strong Dragon Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots, use a Strong Dragon Helmet. Otherwise, use a Tarantula Helmet with Strong Dragon Armor.	Yes
		Combat 16	Young Dragon Armor is very good for Summoning Eye grinding. However, take a note that if you are buying this armor to grind Summoning Eyes, don't buy it until you can do 13,000 damage to Zealots without armor, typically with an Aspect of the Dragons. The Young Dragon Armor is also great, when paired with Farmer Boots, for early game farming, and getting around lobbies. If used for the latter purpose, it should be reforged to "Wise", for more mana, to be paired with the Aspect of the End.	No
Transition Note			It is possible to transition straight from Unstable Dragon Armor to Shadow Assassin, via using various sets in dungeons, and possibly some other sets for other game elements, such as slayers and dungeons.
Early-Mid Game		Floor 5 Completion,  Combat 14	With Shadow Assassin Armor, It is recommended to wait until later, or not at all, to buy the Shadow Assassin Chestplate. Until then, use a Zombie Knight Chestplate or an Unstable Dragon/Strong Dragon chestplate. This is because of the cost of the Shadow Assassin Chestplate is far too high to be affordable for mid game. 			Since you need a Floor 5 Completion, it is recommended to buy a floor 5 carry, when you reach Catacombs 14, then to immediately purchase the Shadow Assassin armor.
			Though this armor is not very optional, the Shadow Assassin Chestplate is optional, and in fact, is not recommended due to its cost.
Early-Mid Game		Floor 6 Completion	The Necromancer Lord set is optional, though some players may chose to use a few pieces of this set for more ❤ Effective Health . This set can also be used later for necromancy.	Yes
Mid Game		Floor VII Completion, Spider Slayer IV	This is essential for any player and Berserk class player. As it not only provides great ❈ Defense and ❤ Health, but also a great amount of ❁ Damage.	No
Later-Mid Game		Floor VII Completion, Zombie Slayer VIII	This is essential for any player and Berserk class player. As it not only provides great ❈ Defense and ❤ Health, but also a great amount of ❁ Damage. The Warden Helmet, though being incredibly expensive, is an essential item for all players, providing damage necessary for all players, especially for the Crimson Isle, and high-tier slayers.	No

Dungeons

Floor I		Combat 16	3,199,032 coins	The Unstable Dragon Armor set provide a decent balance of ❤ Health, ❈ Defense and ❁ Damage, making it viable for lower floors, (and outside of dungeons) such as The Entrance, and Floor I. Its low requirements, being only 1  Combat level higher then the requirements for entering dungeons. This set also comes at a low price, making it a great option for starting off.
Floor II		Combat 16	2,154,912 coins	An alternative for Old Dragon armor. Higher health, defense, and extra mending as the cherry on the cake.
		Combat 16	2,027,040 coins	Look below at Strong Dragon Armor
		Combat 16	2,020,729 coins	Look below at Strong Dragon Armor
		Combat 16	4,682,976 coins	All 4 of these armor sets above provide a much greater amount of ❤ Health, ❈ Defense and ❁ Damage compared to the ones mentioned at the beginning, with Strong Dragon Armor being by far the best. Each of these has their own use, with Holy Dragon Armor being best for healing, Young Dragon Armor for speed, Unstable Dragon Armor for a nice balance of ❤ Health, ❈ Defense and ❁ Damage and Strong Dragon Armor for all of those.
Floor III		Combat 20	37,199,976 coins	Look below at Adaptive Armor
		Floor III Completion		Superior Dragon Armor is a great armor set, as it not only provides a good amount of ❤ Health, ❈ Defense and ❁ Damage but it also provides a boost to most other stats, including ⫽ Ferocity and ✯ Magic Find. Aganist all these it is still considerably more expensive than Adaptive Armor, and a user is not advised to get Superior for the sole purpose of doing Dungeons. 3/4 Adaptive Armor replaced by either a Zombie Soldier Chestplate, Zombie Knight Chestplate, or a Wise/Unstable/Holy dragon chestplate depending on class is much cheaper, and provides better stats in Dungeons if starred.
Floor IV		Floor III Completion		Adaptive Armor still remains a great option for doing this floor, with its chestplate becoming a necessity, to increase survivability. The boots can be replaced with Spirit Boots, since those provide a much greater amount of ❤ Health and ❈ Defense, and their ability is useful.
Floor V		Floor V Completion		Look below at Necromancer Lord Armor
		Floor V completion		A more budget setup, as Shadow Assassin Chestplate costs upwards of 17m coins. Best paired with a Withered Livid Dagger, or if Floor 6 is completed, a Withered Flower Of Truth, this berserk/archer setup is best with Ancient Reforged armor for the extra critical damage. A Strong Dragon Chestplate is preferred.
		Floor VI Completion		These are some of the greatest Dungeon Armor sets that can be bought for Mid/Late Game players, with them providing good stats both inside and outside of Dungeons. The choice between the 2 depends on the class the user is playing, with Shadow Assassin Armor being better for the Berserk Class and Necromancer Lord Armor better for the Mage Class. The chestplate can be replaced in both of these armor sets with either Zombie Knight Chestplate or Zombie Soldier Chestplate, or a Holy Dragon Chestplate if you can't afford the Necromancer Lord Chestplate. It is highly recommended to reforge the chestplate to Giant. You can also replace Shadow Assassin Chestplate with a Strong Dragon Chestplate, as it provides the same strength buff.
Floor VI		Floor V Completion		Look below at Necromancer Lord Armor
		Floor VI Completion		These armor sets still remain great for Floor VI, but their chestplate becomes necessary to increase survivability on this floor.
Floor VII		Floor VII Completion		With The Catacombs - Floor VII being the last floor of The Catacombs, it is much more difficult to survive and beat than all the others. The recommended armor sets provide the greatest amount of ❤ Health, ❈ Defense, ❁ Damage and ✎ Intelligence out of all the Dungeon Armor sets. Necron's Armor is best for Berserk class and Archer class players, Storm's Armor is best for Mage class players and Goldor's Armor is best for Tank class players. Depending on the armor set used, it is recommended to replace the helmet with either Dark Goggles, Shadow Goggles, Wither Goggles or a Precursor Eye (only if you have low stats) if it's Storm's Armor, or with a 5 starred dungeonized Tarantula Helmet or Golden Necron Head if it's Necron's Armor. Keep in mind this will lower the user's Effective Health in exchange for ❁ Damage.

Slayer

Revenant Horror

Tier IV		Zombie Slayer IV	2,303,846 coins	This set costs the lowest price to beat the Tier IV Revenant Horror, but it is not recommended due to no damage buff and the fact that many Dragon Armors have enough EHP to survive Revenants of any tier.
		Combat XVI	4,682,976 coins	You will also need a God Potion to slay the Tier IV Revenant Horror.
		Wolf Slayer IV	3,489,012 coins	This armor works surprisingly well against the Revenant Tier IV since the lifesteal rework as the absence of ❈ Defense makes the Revenant armor penetration useless (25%) and the percentage healing is extremely efficient with the high ❤ Health potential of the armor. Furthermore this armor is very good against Sven as well so you should consider killing 2 birds with one stone and buy this armor.
		Combat XX	37,199,976 coins	Though the extra ✯ Magic Find and ♣ Pet Luck can add up over time, the high cost of Superior Dragon Armor, combined with the number of things that outclass it, which makes it not worth the price.
		Floor V Completion		Although weaker in terms of ❈ Defense and ❤ Health than Superior Dragon Armor, its high amount of ❁ Damage can make it a great alternative to the Superior Dragon Armor. A Tarantula Helmet can also be paired with this for slightly higher damage for a lower cost.
		Floor VI Completion		The extreme ❈ Defense and ❤ Health of this armor allows you to shrug off hits with ease, in turn allowing you to dish out loads of damage.
Tier V		Floor VII Completion		This is a great armor to slay the Tier V Revenant Horror, as it provides a great amount of ❈ Defense, ❤ Health and ❁ Damage.
		Zombie Slayer VII	82,461,860 coins	This provides similar damage to Necron's Armor, but has a fair bit more Effective Health with high kills. It is recommended to buy this unless you already have a set of Necron's Armor for dungeons.
Best Armor Set		Zombie Slayer VIII	132,912,497 coins + Warden Heart	This set is the best for damage, allowing you to one shot the Tier 5 Revenant Horror assuming you have a good combat level and most if not all talismans or two shot if you don't with Axe of the Shredded and sword swapping with OFA Emerald Blade/OFA Giant's Sword.

Tarantula Broodfather

Tier IV		Spider Slayer IV	6,111,327 coins	This set is recommended for beating the Tier IV Tarantula Broodfather, as it has good abilities, venom immunity and Double Jumps. In addition, players gain more ❈ Defense depending on how many spider kills they have with the armor. However, it is much better to switch the leggings in for something better due to their horrible stats (outclassed even by Golem Armor) and no abilities.
		Combat XVI	4,682,976 coins	You also need Scorpion Foil to slay the Tier IV Tarantula Broodfather and generally good stats. Tarantula Armor is around the same price, so you should only be using this if you have no money.
		Floor V Completion		This set is great if you can survive with Mastiff Armor but cannot afford or do not do slayers enough to justify buying Superior Dragon Armor.
		Combat XX	37,199,976 coins	The extra ✯ Magic Find and ♣ Pet Luck will add up over time and this set is definitely worth it for dedicated slayer grinders if you have trouble killing the t4 with Sorrow Armor.

Sven Packmaster

Tier IV		Wolf Slayer IV	3,489,012 coins	Due to its high health, the Sven's true damage isn't as dangerous. For many people, this is the only Armor in which they can consistently do Tier 4 Svens.
		Combat XX	37,199,976 coins	The extra ✯ Magic Find and ♣ Pet Luck will add up over time and this set is definitely worth it for dedicated slayer grinders if you have trouble killing the t4 with Sorrow Armor
		Floor V Completion		This set is great if you can survive with Mastiff Armor but cannot afford or do not do slayers enough to justify buying Superior Dragon Armor.
Best Armor Set				The extra ✯ Magic Find will add up over time and this set is definitely worth it for dedicated slayer grinders. This set will also be good because of the massive amount of true defense. And since Svens do true damage, this will help keep you safe.

The common consensus among knowledgeable players is to have all four pieces of Final Destination armor to have 5000 stored kills each.
