John Moses Browning, easily the greatest American gun designer that has ever lived and one of the giants of the gun world, developed the .32 ACP (aka 7.65 x 17mm) cartridge in between 1894 and 1896. In 1897 he completed the first prototype of a .32 ACP pocket pistol. That pistol would become the FN 1899. It has been said that more pistols have been chambered in .32 ACP than any other cartridge.
Carbine?
I know there used to be old bolt and pump action gallery guns in Europe in .32 ACP. In addition to caliber conversions for various rifles to use .32 for training purposes.
But I really would like to find a purpose built carbine in .32 ACP, either in a bolt action, pump action, or semi-auto. With a 10-15 round box or tu e magazine and a 16"-18" barrel.
Anyone else?
Vz61 with a longer barrel?
I personally would prefer a full stocked carbine over a wire stock simply for the asthetics.
Someone on the vz61 subreddit makes vz58 stock adapters for the vz61
Show me the way
I believe you can find ones imported with a thumb hole stock and extended barrel, but another option might be lever action rifles for .32 rimfire cartridges
Resident evil 8 in real life
The ap74 in .32 exists. I have one. It's an ar15 looking thing that's shoots .32. Ten round magazines.
The Dreyse carbine was pretty neat. Super rare IIRC
32 pump would be great.
Unique model L
I remember there was a guy who was trying to convert an AR to .32, don't think it ended up getting completed though.
You can get the hi point in 32 +p+
I don’t think Hi Point makes a carbine in .32acp. They do 30 super carry and .380acp, though.
That joke must've been in low orbit seeing how high it flew over your head
