El altar de bronce
(Ex. 38.1-7)
27 Harás también un altar de madera de acacia de cinco codos de longitud, y de cinco codos de anchura; será cuadrado el altar, y su altura de tres codos. 2 Y le harás cuernos en sus cuatro esquinas; los cuernos serán parte del mismo; y lo cubrirás de bronce. 3 Harás también sus calderos para recoger la ceniza, y sus paletas, sus tazones, sus garfios y sus braseros; harás todos sus utensilios de bronce. 4 Y le harás un enrejado de bronce de obra de rejilla, y sobre la rejilla harás cuatro anillos de bronce a sus cuatro esquinas. 5 Y la pondrás dentro del cerco del altar abajo; y llegará la rejilla hasta la mitad del altar. 6 Harás también varas para el altar, varas de madera de acacia, las cuales cubrirás de bronce. 7 Y las varas se meterán por los anillos, y estarán aquellas varas a ambos lados del altar cuando sea llevado. 8 Lo harás hueco, de tablas; de la manera que te fue mostrado en el monte, así lo harás.
El atrio del tabernáculo
(Ex. 38.9-20)
9 Asimismo harás el atrio del tabernáculo. Al lado meridional, al sur, tendrá el atrio cortinas de lino torcido, de cien codos de longitud para un lado. 10 Sus veinte columnas y sus veinte basas serán de bronce; los capiteles de las columnas y sus molduras, de plata. 11 De la misma manera al lado del norte habrá a lo largo cortinas de cien codos de longitud, y sus veinte columnas con sus veinte basas de bronce; los capiteles de sus columnas y sus molduras, de plata. 12 El ancho del atrio, del lado occidental, tendrá cortinas de cincuenta codos; sus columnas diez, con sus diez basas. 13 Y en el ancho del atrio por el lado del oriente, al este, habrá cincuenta codos. 14 Las cortinas a un lado de la entrada serán de quince codos; sus columnas tres, con sus tres basas. 15 Y al otro lado, quince codos de cortinas; sus columnas tres, con sus tres basas. 16 Y para la puerta del atrio habrá una cortina de veinte codos, de azul, púrpura y carmesí, y lino torcido, de obra de recamador; sus columnas cuatro, con sus cuatro basas. 17 Todas las columnas alrededor del atrio estarán ceñidas de plata; sus capiteles de plata, y sus basas de bronce. 18 La longitud del atrio será de cien codos, y la anchura cincuenta por un lado y cincuenta por el otro, y la altura de cinco codos; sus cortinas de lino torcido, y sus basas de bronce. 19 Todos los utensilios del tabernáculo en todo su servicio, y todas sus estacas, y todas las estacas del atrio, serán de bronce.
Aceite para las lámparas

20 Y mandarás a los hijos de Israel que te traigan aceite puro de olivas machacadas, para el alumbrado, para hacer arder continuamente las lámparas. 21 En el tabernáculo de reunión, afuera del velo que está delante del testimonio, las pondrá en orden Aarón y sus hijos para que ardan delante de Jehová desde la tarde hasta la mañana, como estatuto perpetuo de los hijos de Israel por sus generaciones.

Instructions for the altar
27 Make an acacia-wood altar. The altar should be square, seven and a half feet long and seven and a half feet wide. It should be four and a half feet high. 2 Make horns for the altar and attach them to it, one horn on each of its four corners. Cover it with copper. 3 Make pails for removing its ashes and its shovels, bowls, meat forks, and trays. Make all its equipment out of copper. 4 Make for the altar a grate made of copper mesh. Make four copper rings for each of the four corners of the mesh. 5 Slide the mesh underneath the bottom edge of the altar and then extend the mesh halfway up to the middle of the altar. 6 Make acacia-wood poles for the altar and cover them with copper. 7 Put the poles through the rings so that the poles will be on the two sides of the altar when it is carried. 8 Make the altar with planks but hollow inside. All these should be made just as you were shown on the mountain.
Instructions for the dwelling’s courtyard
9 You should also set up the dwelling’s courtyard. The courtyard’s south side should have drapes of fine twisted linen stretching one hundred fifty feet on that side, 10 with twenty posts, twenty copper bases, and silver hooks and bands for the posts. 11 Likewise along the north side the drapes should stretch one hundred fifty feet, with twenty posts, twenty copper bases, and silver hooks and bands for the posts. 12 The courtyard’s width on the west side should consist of seventy-five feet of drapes with their ten posts and their ten bases. 13 The courtyard’s width on the front, facing east, should be seventy-five feet. 14 There should be twenty-two and a half feet of drapes on one side with three posts and three bases for them. 15 There should be twenty-two and a half feet of drapes on the other side with three posts and three bases for them. 16 For the gate into the courtyard there will be a screen thirty feet long, made of blue, purple, and deep red yarns and of fine twisted linen, decorated with needlework. It will have four posts with their four bases. 17 All the posts around the courtyard will have silver bands, silver hooks, and copper bases. 18 The courtyard will be one hundred fifty feet long and seventy-five feet wide. Its walls’ height will be seven and a half feet of fine twisted linen and its copper bases. 19 All the dwelling’s equipment for any use and all its tent pegs and all the courtyard’s tent pegs will be made of copper.
Olive oil for the lampstand
20 You must require the Israelites to bring you pure oil of crushed olives for the light so that the lamp may be set up to burn continually. 21 In the meeting tent, outside the veil that hangs in front of the covenant document, Aaron and his sons will tend the lamp from evening to morning in the Lord’s presence. It will be a permanent regulation for the Israelites in every generation.
