We chose this hotel because we like the Quality chain and it is convenient to restaurants when we got off the road. Great 1st floor room but two transport tractors, without trailers, were parked across from our room. They ran their generators through the whole night. The noise from these generators made it very difficult to sleep. If drivers are staying the night their trucks should be parked away from the rooms.

Our group rolled in with five 10-passenger vans on the way down to Florida from Wisconsin. One week later, we were back on the return trip. Rooms are clean with refrigerators and microwaves. So many food options within easy walking distance. Hot breakfast opened early just for us to allow us to hit the road earlier.

The room was not up to my standards. The carpet is gross, dirty looking and sticky. The handle on the faucet is not fastened on. And the bed linens need to be cleaned!! Especially the ugly yellow thing. Thanks but no thanks!!

Awful experience! We stayed in a double room that had full size beds instead of queens, the TV squealed and couldn’t be used, the phone didn’t work to call the front desk, cigarette burns in the comforter in a nonsmoking hotel, tub drain broken, and unrealistic pool hours (closes at 9pm and opens at 10am). Never stated that it was exterior entrance doors, kids screaming all night, and people next to us where smoking with the door open. When talked to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do since we booked through a 3rd party. Would never stay here again!

I wanted some fun at my motel for my bday so chose this one. There were two across the street that were a good bit cheaper but didn't offer an indoor pool or hottub. That's whole reason I booked this motel. I checked in at 1:35 and ate and watched TV. Went to get in pool and hottub a little before 6pm. Both were ice cold so I called the front desk and were informed they were not working. Wow. This should have been told to me before I paid. I will be calling corporate and my bank bc didn't pay thos higher price for amenities that don't work. Also staff is not great and there is a smell. Never stay here

Checked in for 2 nights May 25 - 27. Manager on duty, Mr. Sunny was kind, professional and welcoming. Our room 122 was close to the ice machine and we parked right outside the door. Bed very comfortable, room spotlessly clean and in good repair other than toilet seat was loose. That was taken care of by the maintenance man. Room cleaned early Wednesdsy. Coffee available in lobby and restaurants within walking distance which had dine in service. We were very much impressed by the real quality of this motel as well of friendliness of Mr Sunny.

Some good and some bad. The internet worked well, the location is great, employee interactions were good, the bed and shower were clean. The carpets are oddly sticky, the non smoking room smells of smoke and i assume it is smoke being pulled in by ac units from smokers outside the room, and breakfast does qualify as hot due to the presence of a waffle maker but not a lot more is offered besides yogurt, cereal and jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. I was nota fan of the mattress but my wife was so you may or may not care for it.

We went to the Keith Whitley ride in Tennessee and stayed at the Comfort Inn in Goodlettsville. (MISTAKE). When we arrived at 6:30pm, we had our comformation number and made this reservations 2 months ago. We went to our room, opened the door and it was a disaster. The room had not been cleaned at all. It smelled terrible. We went back to the desk and they said they would have it cleaned. The 2 foreign people could not speak English and put the same blankets back on the bed. Needless to say my husband had a fit. Then we found out they had rented our room out to someone else, so they tried to give us another one on the end where nothing was happening. The owner showed up and found another room and put us in it. He was also foreign. He told us there was only 2 people to clean and he had to get them from his country and other people from his country to come over here to help, because the people in the USA, WAS LAZY AND DID NOT WANT TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS. ALL THEY WANTED TO DO WAS DRINK BEER AND LIVE ON WELFARE. Needless to say we all went off on him. We told him that the people who came to stay in his motel did not live on welfare and worked very hard through the weekday to be able to enjoy the weekend. The manager did not even give any kind of discount or try to make things better. The continental breakfast had old stuff and what was suppose to be OJ was water. The toaster only worked on one side of the toast. We called and reported the motel to the comfort inn headquarters, but the only thing they did was make him write an apology letter. He wasn't sorry and did it to be able to keep the motel running. If you want to be ran over by a foreigner that comes here and slams the people in the USA then stay here at the Comfort Inn at Goodlettsville, TN. Tell Jim the manager if he would hire people from the country he is living in and pay decent then he could find people to work. He might talk about the people in the USA bad, but he sure didn't mind to take the US dollars$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. From a Keith Whitley Memorial motorcyclist who won't stay at the Comfort Inn again.

The sign out front says deluxe breakfast, but there were only packaged rolls and muffins and dry cereal. Hot water for tea was behind a locked door. Windows were dirty in breakfast area.The beds had no support. There were no towels at the pool. Refrigerator did not work. Shampoo and conditioner bottles had been previously used.

My wife and I were traveling to Florida and did not make reservations at a hotel along the way beforehand. It appeared that all or nearly all hotels near Nashville were sold out on Friday, 10.13.17. Well, I was able to get a room at this Quality Inn in Goodlettsville, TN. Should have kept going. First hint was the doors were on the outside and there were a number of individuals hanging outside their rooms with music blasting. Finally got in bed only to hear the music (seemed even louder) and cars squealing tires in the parking lot and street. Problem was exacerbated by the fact the door did not close tightly - you could see daylight nearly all the way around it. There was a bug on ceiling and hair on the walls in the shower. This place needs to be bulldozed down! Horrible experience.
