Nigeria-based Arik Air (W3) flies to about 20 domestic destinations, as well as points in Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Gambia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. It has hubs at Kotoka International Airport (ACC), Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (ABV), and is headquartered in Lagos. The airline's fleet of 25 Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Hawker planes have both one-cabin (Economy Class) and two-cabin (Economy Class and Business Class) configurations.

Very disappointing airline
Arguably the worst Airline. I came to Nigeria with my Fiancee who was coming to Nigeria for the first time. We booked a return flight from Lagos to Warri. Arik cancelled both flights last minute, no provision was made for accommodating us temporarily and no refunds have being made since July 2023 despite multiple attempts. A refund form has since being filled and a complaint form was also filled, it's been over 7 months, not a single response from Arik Air. Customer services must either be non existent or they dont just give a care. Very shameful experience…

I had never used Arik Air before, and it was not the best experience. In August 2023, I asked for a refund because I was unable to travel. I was informed that it would take 40 business days after I submitted the refund form in August. I haven't received my money back in almost four months. I've called and emailed multiple times without getting a response. I would have chosen a different airline if I had read these reviews before making my travel arrangements with them. The airline cancelled a flight i booked and paid for my client since May, 2023 and up till now, no refund
The flight with the details above was cancelled by Arik Air and up till this day despite the refund request been made has been ignored nor processed by the Airline I had sent in all the details they requested for in order to process the refund and till this very day , nothing has been done. Very horrible customer recovery strategy from Arik Kindly prevail on them on my behalf to refund …

Quick flight back to Lagos from Benin City
Quick flight with family back from Benin to Lagos. Unlike Green Africa, they did not have the plane on and it was very hot inside - our flight was delayed but overall its a quick hop from Benin to Lagos so it is manageable.

This airline lack what is known as customer courtesy, timeliness and professionalism. They are the worst if you ask me. Only fly them if you don't have any other alternative and if you can endure flight delays with outpost disregard to yourself
