The perfect six-hour tour around New York. We hit so many sites in such a short amount of time and learned so much. Many thanks to the amazing guide Rachel who was so knowledgable and friendly, along with the bus driver Manny! My family had a great time.

We enjoyed a wonderful tour with a very knowledgable guide and lovely fellow passengers. We learned a great deal while traveling in comfort. Being able to access the box and the fresh air is a nice plus!

Time saving if you don’t want to spend hours on the liberty island. Not much crowded. Too much time to enjoy the New York skyline as well as the statue itself. Steve our tour guide was knowledgeable. Me being solo, he even helped me with the pictures.

Fantastic cruise with great commentary along the way. Learnt so much about manhattan and its surrounding areas. Well worth the 2.5 hours spent on the water.
Sit on the left for the best views.

This was our highlight of the entire trip! We turned up at around 4.30pm using our New York City Pass to get tickets which was easy enough. Then went to The Edge which was close. Turned up at 6.15 to board and we weren't waiting long and managed to get nice seats outside. First hour is relaxed seeing everything during the day. Second hour back was seeing all of New York light up, including the statue of liberty which they timed to perfection as we saw it light up. We were going to go on another boat trip to see the statue of liberty the next day but this one got so close to it and showed us the statue night and day that we didn't bother and it saved us a few hours! The Tour Guide was friendly, informative and struck a good balance. Would highly recommend!

This is a must if you are in NYC and have never seen the Niagara Falls. Well worth the 5 hour drive there and 5 hours back. You will stop briefly for breakfast going and dinner returning on your own. There are usb ports on the bus for your phone. Definitely get the boat tickets. Ponchos included in the price.

Michael Spence was a great tour guide. Very entertaining and fun experience. The free shuttles after the tour add a little extra to an already great value.

Sailing on the Adirondack is absolutely fantastic. The sunset cruise does not disappoint. Captain Diane and the crew are fantastic, the scenery is wonderful, it is a mini-vacation…being on the water, the Hudson River, is just magical. It is one of my favorite things to do in this great city!!!

We are a family of 4 (ages 14 to 42), from the UK and visited NYC for the first time. We are in total agreement that this was worth every penny and easily the best experience we booked as part of our trip! Staff friendly and the captain knowledgeable about the city and it's history. Just the right balance of 'tour' and thrill! We would repeat this if ever back in NYC, it is a must for anyone who loves a bit of speed. Felt super safe too.

The trip was awesome. We started by going south and getting an amazing view of the Statue of Liberty during sunset. Then went up and under the Brooklyn bridge. The ride finished by going back up the Hudson to get a beautiful view of the lights of the Manhattan Skyline. On top of the great views and a great atmosphere, the staff was hospitable, helpful, and had the answers to every question we asked.

Beautiful way to spend the afternoon early evening in the Hudson. Everyone involved is extremely friendly and professional. The sailboat is beautiful and comfortable - there is even a toilet on board. Drinks are served with a smile and the entire crew seemed truly happy to be there. The standout was the captain - didn't get her name but she has been sailing this trip for 20 years. She took the time to go over safety matters, was kind to everyone on board, full of stories about the area and was very good to her crew. We would definitely go again.

Some friends and I did the Landmarks cruise in late April. The weather was a very comfortable 73°F so we decided to book online the day of. Purchasing tickets online was pretty straight forward but the marketing emails I began receiving made me regret using my real email address. We had some first timers to the city and contemplated taking the free State Island Ferry instead. In the end we booked this cruise because seeing the Statue of Liberty up close was a big priority.

There was some debate as to whether to pay for the premium seating or just regular admission. We went with regular and found it was just fine. Despite being in the line 30 minutes before the cruise it appeared there were a ton of people ahead of us and they snatched every last seat up top. I started to freak out but my friend said a staff member suggested sitting down below by the snack bar. The reason: the doors in front open up after the boat sets off and you kinda have your own area. It was far less crowded down below which was great.

There is a concession stand below which had drinks and food like nachos, chips, hot dogs, beer, etc. The price is inflated of course but not by a ridiculous margin. You're on a boat after all. The service, however, was terribly slow. The 2 girls who staffed it showed zero urgency and ultimately received zero tip. I ordered a hot dog which I had to wait 20+ min for because they failed to prepare them for their 12:30 cruise. They began putting them on the grill 10 minutes after we left the dock.

As for the cruise itself we were all quite satisfied with the views and the amount of landmarks you pass. Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, and of course the Statue of Liberty....you won't miss a thing. 2 hours was just the right amount of time. I'd highly recommend this cruise to anyone wanting a panoramic tour of the city. My advise would be to opt out of premium seats unless the weather is poor and sit below. A final reminder though: do NOT use your real email address when booking tickets here or anywhere in NY. I'm STILL getting crazy amounts of spam weeks after my trip.
