遇到大單需要尋求協助？🛍🛍
如果你被委派有多於兩袋物品嘅訂單，而無法獨力完成運送時，你可以隨時聯絡即時支援團隊尋求協助。
1. 於應用程式內嘅「送餐專員支援」聯絡支援團隊
2. 支援團隊會提供表格，只需於「需要協助的類別」揀選「大單需要額外送餐專員」
3. 上載該訂單的照片
4.一經確認，就會安排另一位送餐專員協助運送其餘嘅物品。
5. 當你成功同即時支援確認所提取嘅訂單物品數目後，就可以繼續你嘅送餐旅程。
提提你...千祈唔好喺未有聯絡及得到即時支援團隊嘅確認下，任意取走部分訂單物品就離開餐廳或商舖。否則將有機會會被視作未有完成運送訂單，而無法得到該訂單嘅服務費。

If you're assigned order with more than 2 bags of items and could not complete it on your own, you can always contact our Live Support for help~
1. Contact Rider Support via in-app live chat
2. Care agent will provide a form to fill in, choose "large order requires additional rider" in the category of the support
3. Upload the picture of that order
4. They would help to find another rider to deliver part of that order.
5. Once it's confirmed with Live Support on the portion you will take away, you can continue with your delivery journey.
