政府收緊社交距離新措施於今日 2月24日 起生效,按此到送餐專員網站查看戶戶送疫情下的送餐指引。

加強個人衛生及送餐注意事項:
- 送餐時務必全程戴好口罩,並帶備消毒搓手液
- 等餐過程盡量與他人保持至少1.5米的安全距離,減低感染風險
- 務必使用合規格保溫袋為訂單食品阻擋外物,保持食品於適當溫度,防止食物溢出或受污染

「非接觸送餐」:
- 如顧客填寫任何備註(如「將訂單放門口」,「免接觸」等),你將可以在訂單備註中看到
- 顧客亦有可能會寫其他有關送餐的安排(如擺放位置)
- 如你不確定或資料不清晰,請在抵達時與顧客聯絡並與他們溝通好交收方式,確保流暢的送餐體驗
- 到達顧客地址時,請記得通知客人,並拍照以供客人參考及證明送餐成功

你的安全是我們的首要考慮,請你務必於確保自己安全的情況下送餐。

The government’s new measures for tightening social distancing are effective starting today 24 Feb. Click here to learn more about delivery guidelines under Covid on the rider website.

Suggestions for you to maintain a high hygienic standard:
- Wear your mask properly at all times and use hand sanitisers regularly
- While waiting at restaurants, try to keep a 1.5m distancing
- Must use a qualified thermal bag at all times, for food safety

Contact-free Delivery:
- You will see it in the order's delivery notes if a customer has written any notes (e.g. “leave order outside” or “contact free”)
- Customers may also have other instructions for the delivery
- If you are unsure or unclear, contact the customer upon arrival and communicate with them
- Remember to ring the bell and message the customer to inform them that their order has been delivered

You and your friend will earn a referral bonus once they complete a certain number of orders during peak hours (11am-2pm, 6pm-9pm) within the first 60 days of the new rider's account creation date.

In-app Delivery Feedback Feature📱

To ensure that we are understanding more of your full riding experience for each order, we suggest all riders to take advantage of the in-app feedback function. Upon completion of each order, you will be given an option to rate the delivery experience with a “👍” or “👎”.

When you rate the experience with a “👎”, you can further specify which area you are unsatisfied with. The predefined reasons are as shown above, alternatively, if your concern doesn’t fall into any given category, you can fill-in the “Others” free-text box at the bottom.

In order to maximise the feedback to help make improvements and changes, we highly recommend that you include our designated keywords when writing in the free-text box. This will allow us to understand the scenario at its best.

遇到大單需要尋求協助?🛍🛍

如果你被委派有多於兩袋物品嘅訂單,而無法獨力完成運送時,你可以隨時聯絡即時支援團隊尋求協助。

1. 於應用程式內嘅「送餐專員支援」聯絡支援團隊
2. 支援團隊會提供表格,只需於「需要協助的類別」揀選「大單需要額外送餐專員」
3. 上載該訂單的照片
4.一經確認,就會安排另一位送餐專員協助運送其餘嘅物品。
5. 當你成功同即時支援確認所提取嘅訂單物品數目後,就可以繼續你嘅送餐旅程。

提提你...千祈唔好喺未有聯絡及得到即時支援團隊嘅確認下,任意取走部分訂單物品就離開餐廳或商舖。否則將有機會會被視作未有完成運送訂單,而無法得到該訂單嘅服務費。

Did you know...how to handle large orders? 🛍🛍

If you're assigned order with more than 2 bags of items and could not complete it on your own, you can always contact our Live Support for help~

1. Contact Rider Support via in-app live chat
2. Care agent will provide a form to fill in, choose "large order requires additional rider" in the category of the support
3. Upload the picture of that order
4. They would help to find another rider to deliver part of that order.
5. Once it's confirmed with Live Support on the portion you will take away, you can continue with your delivery journey.
