Abhishek Jain on his next 'Missing': The series will reveal the unpleasant reality

After a year since the release of 'Vitthal Teedi', filmmaker Abhishek Jain has his next major project, 'Missing' for which Yash Soni and Deeksha Joshi are currently shooting. It is a suspense drama that will deal with social issues, especially, the kidnapping cases.
The makers have already posted the series' first promo on their official social media accounts.According to the video, Yash and Deeksha are seen in a completely different avatars.
When ETimes reached out to Abhishek Jain to know more about the series, he said, "A script that spoke to me and left everyone awestruck during the narrations is, 'Missing'. 'Missing' is not based on a real story but is inspired by many real stories. Until now, we've created relatable, heartwarming, and amusing stories that society would accept, but now it's time to see our reflection as a part of society. 'Missing' will reveal the unpleasant reality."
'Missing' is set to release in August 2022.
