EXPENSIVE and dimsum so so good. Best to order a la carte which is more tasty and sometimes have interesting food like giant eel or special sole etc. Maybe the best Chinese food in this mall.

Cozy environment. Spacious seating. Service was good. Quality of the Dimsum dishes were on par with similar restaurants. Went there to have lunch with a friend who is working in the building. Prices were set correct. Will definitely go again. Recommended.

The CIC-Zero Carbon Park is the home to HK's first zero carbon building, designed as a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly facility with an aim at educating and contributing to a better environmentalism. It is located just to the north of Mega Box in Kowloon Bay.

The building itself is notable for the flat solar panel rooftop. It hosts exhibitions, events and interested visitors can arrange daily tours. You can also enjoy the outside eco park freely. Here you will find very nice landscaping, flowering shrubs, trees and pebble walkways. It is a relaxing garden with shaded bench seating with nice environs to relax a bit when spending time in the Kowloon Bay area.

It was just a bunch of Van Gogh quotes flashed on big screens for an hour with images of his paintings flickering by so fast I didn't know where to look, with unrelated music playing. Because of covid restrictions, part of the exhibit was closed but it just looked like a few pictures and blurbs on a wall. So expensive for what it was.

Mega Box is mall on Wang Chui Street in Kowloon Bay. It is the large bright orange coloured building and the largest shopping venue in East Kowloon. The mall is open from 10am to 10pm and is sectioned into zones with dedicated shopping, dining and entertainment businesses.

Within Mega Box, you'll find a handful of fashion, accessories and related brand names, mostly on the lower floors. There is a AEON department store in this area as well. The mall includes a large scale IKEA and shops focusing house decorations, appliances and furnishing. There is a large GigaSports, food court and range of casual & family restaurants. You'll find a cinema, ice-rink and Children's World play zone as well.

It is a big mall and probably one of the most interesting for families with children in need of entertainment and something to do indoors on bad weather days. The mall is slightly isolated from the nearest MTR Station but there is a shuttle from the Kowloon Bay Station to/from the mall. Otherwise, the mall is serviced by a range of bus services from around Kowloon or you can just walk there from MTR Station (8-10 minutes).

There is a MCL Cinema in the outdoor section of the Telford Mall at Kowloon Bay. It is just a few minutes walk from the MTR Station and has movie showing from morning until late in the evening daily.

There are 6 houses with 100-150 seats in each. A few of the houses are equipped motion seats with 4D effects and/or with vibration seats and laser projection systems to create an immersive theatre experience.

In the lobby you'll find expected ticket counter, self-use ticketing machines, daily schedules for movies being shown, screen times (and languages), a large screen in the lobby showing future flick trailers, snack kiosk and a tea shop.
