Interesting concept of a film - poorly made. storyline is trying its best to stick together but is rather stupid. I wish Salman Khan would talk in another voice other than his whispering

This is my ultimate favorite Bollywood film. Shilpa Shetty has always been a favorite Bollywood actress of mine but i first became a fan of Salman Khan after watching this. The synopsis for this film doesn't really tell you much as to what the film is about so here is my movie synopsis for it: Ayaan is from a relatively rich family. He meets Ahana who is very wealthy. It's love at first sight for him and the two eventually marry. They look forward to a happy married life but problems begin to develop between them including a clash between the two families. Eventually the two decide to get divorced, and this is when Ayaan realizes Ahana is pregnant, but wants to abort the child, to pursue her dreams as a model. Ayaan however coming from traditional Indian values, refuses to let her, and in court wins custody of the child after Ahana gives birth. But, naturally, after giving birth to a girl, Ahana finds it hard to give away her child... Ayaan is quite a ruthless man and another reason Ahana leaves him is because of that reason. She doesn't want the child but is forced to keep it. After she has her daughter she can't bare to let her go so tells Ayaan that her daughter needs her for the first few months of her life, so he lets her stay on the condition that she will then leave. She then sets out to do everything she can to stay a part of her daughter's life, while once again falling in love with Ayaan, and Ayaan in love with Ahana, all over again. But with their families hating each other will they still admit they love each other, and will Ahana tell Ayaan that she can't bear to not be a part of their daughter's life? Watch and find out... This really is one of the best Bollywood films i've ever seen, and i've seen alot!!!

This movie is a family social interspersed with humour and intense romance as a young robust dynamic and handsome man from an upper middle class family falls in love with a beautiful model who belongs to a very liberal and ultra rich family. Which gives us the perspective of tradition vs modernism. In this case about pregnancy. What will happen to teh unborn child? Watch the movie and find out! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This movie gets an 9/10 because it was just really great, although it was decades ago i saw, maybe a movie night coming up? ;)
