Nope, I couldn't name a single Moody Blues song aside from White Satin. I'm quite certain that's the only one I've heard.

And parallel to that I wonder how many people have only heard Death Cab For Cutie by the very prolific Viv Stanshall & his Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band because it was in the widely hated but much-seen Magical Mystery Tour film?

Since I've never heard of that song, I have to ask: How did that come to be the one Grateful Dead song you know--and not something like "Truckin" or "Touch of Grey"?

Eminem - Lose Yourself. Too homophobic, sexist and nasty for me but this…absolutely epic!

I'm a huge Santana fan, their "best selling album" (with "Smooth",) is the only one I don't have in my collection. "Meh" is right. (Maybe you should give any of their first 3 albums a try).

Santana has a lot more to offer. Check out his first four albums for starters (or practically any early compilation will do).

Oh, I've heard the rather wonderful kd lang version of that yeah, but never the original to my knowledge. I wouldn't ever have remembered it was their song to be honest although I must have looked at the credits to kd's Drag album when it was new.

I'm trying to think of only big artists as there are a gazillion one hit wonders.

    - The only song I've heard by Maroon Five is "This Love."

    - Limp Bizkit - have only heard "Nookie." Thankfully.

    - Adele - Rolling in the Deep

    - Tupac - California Love

    - Taylor Swift. I have yet to hear one of her songs.

    - Motorhead - Ace of Spades

    - UFO - Lights Out

    - Pixies - Here Comes Your Man

    - Slayer and Megadeth. I remember these bands maybe on Beavis' and Butthead's shirts, but have never heard a song by them.
