The Caesars Superdome and the Smoothie King Center are preparing for several upcoming major events.
The Superdome has the 50th annual Bayou Classic, the New Orleans Bowl, and Sugar Bowl coming up.
Across the street at the Smoothie King Center, Alex Bowen, head of live entertainment for the Smoothie King Center and Superdome, says "we recently announced WWE Raw was returning on Monday, January 22nd, which is selling really well so far."
Bowen says the recently-rebooked Drake concert is selling fast.
"We added an additional night. Tickets are flying right now," he said. "He also added J. Cole as a support act, so I mean we have two of the biggest hip-hop artists on the planet for two nights in a row."
And a couple of classic rock legends will be along in February.
"The Eagles are going to make another stop here on their farewell tour with Steely Dan," said Bowen, "so we're really excited about that."
The Dome will also host Zach Bryan's The Quittin Time Tour on July 25, 2024.
And one of highest demand shows ever comes to the Superdome in October. The stadium's website says, "We’re enchanted with the news that Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour is coming to New Orleans at Caesars Superdome October 25 - 27."
Top tickets on the resale market are going for more than $3,300 each. The lowest price for the Saturday night Swift show on Stubhub now is more then $900 for a single seat with a "Limited or Obstructed View."
