We will be in Geiranger tomorrow, May 17th. Are there any planned celebrations that we could enjoy attending?

Every tiny little nook in Norway has it’s celebration. It’s basically the same schedule, but with some variation. Geiranger has just over 200 inhabitants. I saw there would be parade with children and band. Starting 10:30 going from school to church. After church service it’s sale of food and soda from 12:30. And continue with activities for children. Maybe people continue to Stranda later one, that’s the municipality centre
