“Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions

1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Prestige Card, and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3 below) Cardholders made at the Broadway Circuit mobile application or website www.cinema.com.hk (“Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform”) with a credit card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Transaction”).
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
4. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. Eligible Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
5. Identity verification will be required for subsequent redemptions made by the same Eligible Card at Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform.
6. The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In any case Cardholders exit from Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4-5 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform to enjoy the Service.
7. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Eligible Transaction will be deducted from Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Eligible Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
8. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under Broadway Circuit’s Online Platform at the time of redemption.
9. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
10. The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
11. If under any circumstances Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.

“Up to 10% off regular-priced movie tickets” Terms and Conditions

13. The promotion period is from January 3, 2023 to December 14, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
14. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Broadway Circuit ("Merchants") may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
15. Cardholders are required to settle payments with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offers.
16. Up to 10% off regular-priced movie tickets offer is only applicable to purchase a regular-priced 2D, RealD 3D, 4DX and IMAX movie ticket of matinee and night shows (Except designated blackout dates).
17. The offer is applicable for ticket purchased at cinema box office only, not applicable to kiosks, website (https://www.cinema.com.hk/) and mobile application.
18. The offer is applicable to purchase a maximum of 8 discounted tickets only for each transaction.
19. The offer is not applicable to VIP houses, all tickets at morning show, all shows on Tuesday and designated blackout dates (January 29 to February 7, 2023), Special Event, Film Festival, those films with special engagement with film distributors.
20. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
21. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer(s) was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant Eligible Card the equivalent amount of the Offer(s) without prior notice.
22. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
23. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the Promotion Period and at the time of offer redemption in order to be eligible to receive the Offer(s), otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Offer(s) without prior notice.
24. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
25. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the respective merchant. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
26. Citibank and Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
27. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

32. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Broadway Circuit ("Merchants") may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
33. Cardholders are required to settle payments with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offers.

37. The offer is subject to a quota of 70,000 tickets and on a first-come, first-served basis.
38. The offer is not applicable to VIP houses, 4DX, all tickets at morning show, all shows on Tuesday and designated blackout dates (please refer clause to 38a for details), Special Event, Film Festival, those films with special engagement with film distributors.
    • a)  Discount Offer is not applicable to screening on: December 15 to 31, 2023.
39. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
40.
