What the exclamation marks means:
Thermal vision: can potentially crash your game when used online. Make sure you've researched thermal vision first (Bunker Research).
Forge Model for LSC: Use this properly or you'll end up with a Sentinel XS. Also, people close to you (e.g. in car) may crash if you enable it, so use it with caution.
Get Lucky Wheel Price: when used, others in your session can/may notice, also abusing it is considered risky.
Rig Slot Machines: when used, others in your session can/may notice, also abusing it is considered risky.
Repair vehicle: may cause endless death loop, it's a game problem not a menu problem.
Set Rp: you need to gain legit rp after setting your levels, other wise it will revert back to your original level.

Yes, my PC wont download the file and even after working it around, after extraction and trying to run it it shows “Program bla bla bla contains unwanted software or virus” and my pc deletes the entire file

What to do if your antivirus program doesn't allow you to download the menu?
If this happens, most likely the case is that your Windows built-in antivirus is deleting the files before or as you run them. To prevent this, simply create a new folder and follow these steps to add it as an exclusion in Windows Defender:
Use the search bar to search for "Virus & threat protection"
Click on "manage settings" under "Virus & threat protection settings"
Scroll down to "Exclusions" and click on "Add or remove exclusion"
Confirm the UAC dialogue
Now you are in the Exclusions menu, here you can simply click on "Add an exclusion", then "Folder".
Select the newly created folder, and try downloading the menu directly into this folder. There should not be any more collisions as Windows Defender no longer scans this directory.
Some third-party antivirus programs (Norton, Avast, BitDefender, Kaspersky etc.) might not allow you to run the menu at all, even when they claim to be fully disabled.
You might need to completely remove the antivirus from your computer, please make sure to backup any licenses or login details if it is a paid plan.

I tried spawning as personal vehicle. But it vanished from garage after restart. How to do it properly
yes because it fake a personal vehicle, you have to spawn anonymous, forge lsc, go to lsc, hover insurance, disable forge, buy insurance
How to spawn a specific car that can be stored in garage? Anonymous car can be stored fine.

Yeah gotta turn off Live Virus Protection. If you can put the program in the allowed section of the virus protection.
Never disable antivirus. Just click allow in antivirus when it marks programs as virus. Also you should check if source you are downloading from is safe and check with online scanners. In this case it is probably false positive but this shouldn't be argument to entirely disabling firewall even for one second

No and you shouldn't trust anyone who does. The only valid source is Unknowncheats. They will scan the exe thoroughly and only accept stuff that's absolutely safe.

Modest menu is currently outdated and not working but I'm VERY sure Kiddion is working very hard to fix it :)

There are a few errors with release, when calling mechanic to get vehicle it gets stuck only opening a map and closing will close the phone .I dont know how to fix this.
