We welcome guests to our private and spacious apartment with off-street parking for one car⁷ and lockable guest entrance. The suite consists of a comfortable lounge, two good sized bedrooms (one with a queen bed the other with two king singles) and a bathroom with shower, toiletries, toilet and hand basin. There is unlimited Wifi, a TV, microwave, toaster and fridge. Provisions for a continental breakfast can be provided. Yours to enjoy and all within easy access to Nelson city and environs

The space
The apartment's dedicated private entrance is up a few shallow steps to a small front deck on which there is a bench seat and views out across Tasman Bay to the mountains. Mature trees add to feeling of peace and privacy on one side of the building. All rooms have opening windows with secure latches allowing fresh air and light.
The suite consists of a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, unlimited Wifi and a small food-prep area with fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water jug, coffee plunger and crockery and cutlery.
There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king singles. Our beds are new and comfortable with freshly laundered bedding dried in the lovely Nelson sunshine. There are warm duvets for colder nights and lighter versions for warmer nights. Extra bedding is available as are hotties.
The bathroom has shower, toilet, hand basin, soft soap, shampoo, toilet paper, a hair dryer and fresh towels .
Coffee for the plunger, milk, sugar and a variety of teas are provided. Supplies for a continental breakfast of local foods including fresh fruits, dairy milk, yoghurt, breads, spreads and homemade gluten-free muesli can be provided at an additional cost of $25 per person. (Please order at the time of booking).
We encourage recycling and if the small rubbish bin is not sufficient for your use (eg. bottles and larger items) we can help with the aid of the community recycling system.
Pets, smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property.

Guest access
From this apartment it is a flat, easy 20 - 30 minute walk along a sealed park-like track into the city, or a mere 7 minutes walk to Founders Heritage Park for cafes and features of interest, or even less, to the Miyazu Japanese Garden just across the road from the bottom of our drive.
Parking in the city area is plentiful and it's free for the first hour.
A suburban bus service operates at regular intervals with stops close by here.

Other things to note
Our family washing machine and clothesline can be made available to guests if they have the need. Please note we do not operate a clothes dryer.
Both bedrooms have double wardrobes with hangers.
