Harvey and Scottie

They should of ended up together. End of Story. The show was just set up for Harvey and Donna to be together at the end and it’s just didn’t make sense to me. Donna clearly had far greater feelings for him than he did for her. And suddenly out of no where he loves her unconditionally and they get married straight away. Just ridiculous. Harvey and Scottie had way more chemistry. They broke up because of Harvey not telling her about Mike even though that happened eventually anyway. She tried to get back with him but Donna got in the way again. Donna and Thomas were a good couple and she literally put the firm at risk for him to tell him he was getting screwed. But no she always had to end up with Harvey. They were better as friends and their relationship at the end was just cringe.

Unpopular opinion: Harvey looked best with the character ( I can't remember the name sonething with z I guess) which was played by his real life wife. They broke up because someone from the girls side got cancer..

Harvey's pairing with that therapist was so much better than with Donna or Scottie.

I dislike Donna/Harvey because they took too long to get together. I remember when I first started watching the show I shipped them like crazy but by the later episodes the heat died down.

Zoe. She is actually Gabriel machts real life wife. They are happily married to this day and when she was in the series, I thought they had amazing chemistry, turns out they are actually married lol. Figures. But in the show, YES I agree Harvey should’ve ended up with Scottie. I agree with OP post. The show was written to have Donna and Harvey together. I wanted Harvey and Scottie together because they would have been the best power couple in the series

Therapist was far better than Donna for Harvey. This is HIMYM all over again. They killed the mother for Ted to end up with Robin. Here they abruptly ended Harvey's relationship with therapist. They were both ready to move on.

Is it not better to move on from what isn't working?

For me Scottie and then Zoe. Both had far more chemistry with Harvey than Donna.

I liked his and Jenny’s relationship. They had way more chemistry than Mike and Rachel ever did

Agreed, the actors have absolutely no chemistry whatsoever.

Yoo mike and katrina had mad chemistry, that would've been so interesting

Why do people keep forgetting Mike and Katrina? Katrina was far better than Rachel.

Because Katrina is an alumni, and she said something like Lawyers won't date non lawyers or something

This, she was way more entertaining to watch.

They were too type A for each other and Harvey was threatened by her

I don't think they were suited at all. All they did was argue and she found fault with everything he did even when he wasn't doing anything wrong.

He was lying to her though don’t see how that’s not doing anything wrong even if he was just trying to protect Mike.

Not really, I actually disliked her. The writers wanted to make her strong, but they actually ended up making her look like someone who depends on Harvey for her success.

He was constantly the one, according to her, standing in the way of her making an impression on her bosses. If she was as great a lawyer as she thought she was, she shouldn't have to expect him to step aside for her to succeed. And this happened almost every single time too, where she will be whining about him doing his job and protecting his clients.

Either Scottie or Zoey. Never Donna.

Harvey’s moral code is based on his mother’s infidelity. He and Scottie hooked up while she was engaged. Harvey never really loved her and his character would never end up with a cheater.

Damn right, Harvey and Scottie had way more sexual chemistry and just looked better as a couple. Their scenes were always hotter and more intense too.

Harvey and Donna was more like a brother and sister relationship, and it worked better that way. Donna was also a good character early on, they absolutely ruined her.

On that note, Mike was better with Jenny as well. She was so much cuter and actually was nice. Mike’s a fool.

She found fault when he paid her buy in senior partner fee. She could have said thanks or I'll pay you back. She found fault when Harvey asked her to drop Louis's client. She even made fun of him when they got together in Season 3. She went to Jessica about leaving and waiving her non compete without discussing it with Harvey first.

Edited

Agree re Donna/Harvey but Harvey never loved Scottie either. That entire relationship was just him not having the balls to tell her he had no real feelings for her. The most effusive thing he could ever bring himself to say to her was “I want you in my life.” Props to him for not lying, but skirting the question like that isn’t much better.

He says he does in the series several times, so yeah he did love Scottie

Edited

Ya he kept her on side for the sake of his career, his one true love.

Sorry Scottie, plenty more fish in the sea

I agree that this relationship needed more time. I even talk about it in this video
