Looking at Naaza's wiki page, it states
However, due to her Familia being poor, she sold Bell inferior items and talked him into buying high priced goods.
what episode is this from? I do not recall.
Additionally under Miach's page
He is also caring of his own Familia member Naaza Erisuis, taking out a huge loan from the Dian Cecht Familia to have a silver arm created for her.

Both of the things are part of the Quest X Quest side story in Volume 4 which was sadly omitted in the anime.
