Marine Biology
Students study and conduct research on our Bayfront Campus situated on Sarasota Bay. The Pritzker Marine Biology Research Center is home to more than 100 aquaria, anchored by a 15,000-gallon research and display tank. Each tank in the Living Ecosystem Teaching and Research Aquarium features different captive ecosystems, including a cold-water rocky shore and Sarasota Bay grass flats.

New College of Florida Reviews
I also recommend to students make sure the institution aligns with your values, at this moment I do not think this administration does but because I’m so late into my academic career here I chose to stay.
Unfortunately, the school was taken over by politicians who wanted to meddle with our education to score easy political points. Classes were removed after so many professors left. Some of the new professors had their tenure denied for no reason, so imagine what that's going to do regarding professor recruitment and retention over the next few years. Luckily, I was able to complete my degree, but I know of others who lost their advisors (or profs are overworked).
I would NOT recommend attending until this mess clears up and be cautious of recent reviews.
