After we gave our boarding passes to get to the gate, my 5 year old had to use the toilet. We gave our boarding passes went out and when we came back, I was politely trying to get the staffs attention to let them know that they had my boarding pass. The staff was on the phone, and I signalled to him. He yelled at me to wait very very rudely and walked away, turning his back on us and continuing to be on the phone. Leaving us to wait till another staff came and gave us the boarding passes. I have never been spoken to like this, so viciously and rudely. I am still in shock. I have been travelling over a decade but this is the worst airline I have ever travelled with.. First of all flight got delayed from both the sides first from Ahmedabad to Kuala Lumpur and then from Kuala Lumpur to Ahmedabad.. Once you're in the flight don't expect anything from AirAsia not even a water bottle when my husband asked for water they said that you have to purchase the water bottle later on when I personally asked for blanket as I was feeling cold they said that we have to purchase blanket as well it's totally disgusting..…

The worst airline and the worst service ever! They always find a way to charge more extra money from their customers. As soon as a customer complians, instead of trying to explain and figure out, they started changing the tone of their voice with a frown face. I have traveled twice with this airline and I have to pay around $60 for the luggage weight. I asked them that I will reduce the weight and they didn't agree and what they replied is "You have to pay whatever." How rude? And they even said something by saying my nationality out loud in their mother tongue. That's too much insulting.…

6kg over with with one of my bags and it cost me $175 Aus. What a rip off. No scales nearby so that I could shift some of the weight from my surfboard bag into my other checked in bag that was 9kg under. Absolute f…endisgrace.
