​NETFLIX SIGNS EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK DEAL WITH AWARD WINNING PRODUCER LIZA CHASIN

• Award winning producer Liza Chasin (Baby Driver, The Theory of Everything, Les Miserables) is entering into a multi-year first look deal to produce feature films with Netflix for her shingle, 3dot productions.

• Chasin launched 3dot productions in 2018 after a 26-year stint at Working Title Films, where she served as the president of US Production. Chasin first joined the company in 1991 as director of development and was elevated to the role of VP of production and development, becoming the head of the Los Angeles office and overseeing the company’s creative affairs in the United States in 1996.

• Chasin is currently executive producing the “Untitled Roger Ailes” limited series for Showtime and Blumhouse, written by Tom McCarthy and starring Russell Crowe, Naomi Watts, Seth MacFarlane and Sienna Miller

• Most recently, Chasin executive produced Darkest Hour, which won two Oscars, including one for Gary Oldman’s performance, the Oscar-nominated Baby Driver and Victoria & Abdul, as well as, Mary Queen of Scots, and the upcoming Netflix series Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City. Other projects that Chasin has executive produced include the Netflix series Gypsy, starring Naomi Watts, The Coen Brothers acclaimed Hail, Caesar!, The Danish Girl, Everest, About Time, and The World’s End.
