Manchester City have made history after becoming the first team to win the Premier League title four times in a row.

City needed a win in their final game on Sunday to hold off rivals Arsenal and guarantee their historic title win.

Their 3-1 victory over West Ham saw City lift the trophy, ending the campaign two points ahead of the Gunners.

Midfielder Phil Foden said he was "lost for words" at their triumph.
