The latest chapter of the Knicks vs. Pacers playoff rivalry is closed, and once again Indiana comes out on top.

The Pacers shot 67.1 percent from the field, breaking the record for best shooting performances in NBA Playoffs history, per Basketball Reference. The previous mark was 67.0 percent set by the Celtics against the Knicks in 1990.

It was clear from the jump that although O.G. Anunoby and Josh Hart were starting, they were not fully healthy. New York's defense was sluggish and Indiana took advantage, shooting 76.2 percent from the field and 77.8 percent from 3 in the first quarter.

While the Pacers didn't keep that pace through the second half, they kept up enough to set a new record. The Knicks briefly cut their deficit to just seven points in the third but ended the quarter down 17.

The injuries finally caught up to the Knicks. Jalen Brunson, who had been battling a foot injury, fractured his hand, and Anunoby played just five minutes before being ruled out.

Donte DiVincenzo led all scorers with 39 points on nine 3-pointers. Alec Burks had 26 points on 8-of-13 shooting.

Tyrese Haliburton led the Pacers with 26 points, and Andrew Nembhard and Pascal Siakam each had 20 points. Aaron Nesmith scored 19 and Myles Turner scored 17.

Brunson finished the game with 17 points on 6-of-17 shooting in 29 minutes.

The Pacers move on to their first Eastern Conference Finals since the 2014 playoffs and will face the No. 1 seeded Celtics

5:55 p.m.: Just 4:32 remains in this Game 7. The Pacers lead 118-104.

5:48 p.m.: Burks, once again, is trying to keep the Knicks' season alive. He's up to 24 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the field. DiVincenzo has a game-high 31 points.

5:47 p.m.: There are still seven minutes to play, but the feeling is that this game is out of hand. The Pacers lead 112-97 and the Knicks are without just about everyone.

5:40 p.m.: Brunson has been ruled out for the remainder of the game with a fractured left hand, per NBA insider Chris Haynes.

5:39 p.m.: The Knicks had a fastbreak opportunity but Burks turns the ball over. Isaiah Jackson comes the other way for the and-1.

End of third quarter: Pacers 101, Knicks 84

5:32 p.m.: After all that, the Knicks finish the quarter losing by 17 — two more points than halftime. The Pacers are shooting 70 percent from the floor and 57.9 percent from 3. Brunson went back to the locker room, per the New York Post's Stefan Bondy.

5:27 p.m.: That Knicks run early in the second half has completely died out. Hart picks up his fifth foul with 2:36 left in the third quarter. Indiana leads by 19.

5:23 p.m.: Yikes, Hartenstein turns the ball over and immediately fouls Nesmith to allow the and-1. That's four fouls on Hartenstein.

5:21 p.m.: The Pacers are on a 7-0 run, bringing the lead back to 14 points.

5:16 p.m.: Indiana forces back-to-back turnovers and converts on the other end. The lead is back up to 12 after getting as low as seven.

5:10 p.m.: DiVincenzo cuts the lead to eight. His 3-pointer brings the game to within single digits.

5:06 p.m.: Knicks cut the lead to 11 with 10:01 left in the third quarter.

5:03 p.m.: We are back for the second half. Knicks get a stop to kick off play, but Anunoby is out for the remainder of the game.

Halftime score: Pacers 70, Knicks 55

4:46 p.m.: Siakam blocks Brunson's layup attempt to end the first half. The Pacers lead 70-55 at the break. Indiana is shooting 76.3 percent from the field and 66.7 percent from 3.

4:45 p.m.: Anunoby did not play for the rest of the first half. Unsure what his status is heading into the second half.

4:35 p.m.: Hartenstein picks up his third foul of the day with just a few minutes left in the second quarter. Not good for the Knicks going forward. Precious Achiuwa will need to play big minutes.

4:33 p.m.: Right when the Knicks cut the lead to 14, the Pacers quickly answer and bring the lead back to 19.

4:26 p.m.: Alec Burks is trying his best to keep the Knicks alive in Game 7. He's up to nine points on 4-of-4 shooting.

4:22 p.m.: The Pacers lead is up to 22 early in the second quarter. This is quickly getting out of hand — the Knicks cannot get a stop.

4:13 p.m.: The efficiency has trickled over into the second quarter. The Pacers have missed just five shots all game. Indiana leads 45-27.

End of first quarter: Pacers 39, Knicks 27

4:08 p.m.: The Pacers finish the first quarter shooting 76.2 percent from the field and 77.8 percent from 3. Nothing has slowed them down. The Knicks are shooting 45.8 and 44.4 percent, respectively, in the first.

4:03 p.m.: My goodness, Haliburton cannot miss! The Pacers are on an 8-0 run in the last 1:28 and lead 34-22 with 2:03 remaining in the first quarter. Haliburton has 11 points with three 3-pointers.

3:58 p.m.: Challenge is successful, so there is no foul on Haliburton.

3:54 p.m.: Things are getting a bit chippy in the first quarter. DiVincenzo, Siakam and Hartenstein had some words for each other, which led to James Johnson and a few players leaving the bench. Indiana had called a timeout to challenge a call, so players were allowed to leave the bench.

3:52 p.m.: DiVincenzo with his third 3-pointer of the game. He's scored nine of the team's 16 points. Siakam has 11 of Indiana's 21 on a perfect 5-of-5.

3:51 p.m.: Anunoby takes a seat on the bench. Gives the Knicks another healthy defender on the floor.

3:47 p.m.: Knicks are laboring as just about everyone seems to be banged up in their rotation. Anunoby is clearly not fully recovered as he's got a hitch in his step. The Pacers lead 16-10 with 7:19 remaining in the first quarter.

3:45 p.m.: The Pacers lead 9-7 through the first three minutes. Indiana hasn't missed a field goal yet.

3:42 p.m.: The game is live, the Knicks win the tip and Brunson scores the game's first bucket.

3:34 p.m.: Think Stephen A. Smith and Spike Lee are ready for Game 7?
