    Just so people know..
I have this from the last deal and love it. Your toast can be any thicknesses and it does amazing grilled cheese 🧀. Worth it at this price and the kettle is amazing too. It warms your tea and coffee to the temp and stays that temp for you to pour. It will also keep the temp for a while too, if need to.

can you fit a slice from a full size loaf in vertically?

Avoid these like the plague, you will inevitably get grease on the inside and it will be impossible to clean. I didn't have this one but a slightly bigger one and had to scrap it due to the above. (edited)

Just read the reviews about this, think I'll pass

Ordered on Sunday, and was advised it was shipped later that day via yodel. Received it this afternoon! Early days to report on functionality before anyone asks.

I have this toaster and confirm it’s really good! Paid almost 200 for it last year
    Redman05's avatar
You paid £200 for a toaster ??? are you ok

Thanks a lot for showing me this trick, bought the toaster but also managed to get the Apple Watch Ultra 2 for £550 with it!
    Marsbarbabe's avatar
Oooh! From eBay or elsewhere? I’m look at the ultra 2
  8. shalton's avatar
It's a shame it doesn't do 4 slices at once.
  9. George_N's avatar
So this is basically an overpriced toaster? Why would I use this over my built in grill?
    Justintime12's avatar
    Yes

    You wouldn't

Are the pictures on ebay for 2 different products?
    outofreach's avatar
I noticed that, the initial picture is the ST102UK and the others the 3 in 1 ST200, so it looks like you get the dial version not the full digital.

Got one of these a few months ago, I can’t say it does anything better than your usual £20 toaster!
    Frugalstudent's avatar
Can it do 4 crumpets at once? Or is it basically the same capacity as a single slot toaster but bulkier
  16. rendeverance's avatar
    Has it gone up?

Says 58.65 for me with code?
  17. thebrowns98's avatar
Absolute piece of rubbish!!! I bought one and it is the worst toaster ever. The toasting slot is twice as wide at the bottom as the top so fresh bread buckles and toasts unevenly. Ok if you are using thick sliced bread. Panini / toasty function is great
  18. Jules_HT's avatar
It's actually really good at toasting, which you'd think it's a given on a toaster but really isn't. Cheese on toast is ok but soggy bottomed due to not being on a grate. Tasted good though.

£50 is not expensive for a toaster, it's more range at best. Yes you can get cheaper, but Not much unless you want the cheapest of the cheap.

I think you have a different definition of OK than most people. Soggy bottomed cheese toastie is completely unacceptable, given this is supposed to be a primary feature of this machine seems absolutely critical failing.

    zimbar87's avatar
    Can you explain why?
  25. A18FYY's avatar
Tried this about 20 times from two phones couldnt get both codes to work!!

seems to revert to £58 if paying by PayPal, had to use credit card to get the deal, which is not a problem.

Heat, wanted this for a while but could not justify the RRP. Ordered despite my Panasonic toaster still works perfectly!
  27. glaspark's avatar
I had this in my basket for a while as I'm away for a few days and didn't want it delivered whilst away and it reverted to the £58 price, but I followed the OP's instructions again and it went back to £52.78 and I got it delivered elsewhere. Cheers OP

Has anyone got one of these and tried to make american grilled cheese sandwiches? If so how well does it work? Leaning on the fence to grab one at this price .
  31. elbs's avatar
toaster oven. these are very popular in america, most households have one over there.
    jaffamuffin's avatar
they dont have kettles in america though, so should we do what they do?
  32. Delightful91's avatar
Can anyone who has this tell me how easy it is to clean? Thank you.

What’s the difference between this and the 3in1
    f1p's avatar
    3-in-1 has a panini function
  35. XYZ787's avatar
    It's just an overpriced toaster
  36. jaffamuffin's avatar
I cant wait to activate grill mode and have a bunch of toast crumbs all over my counter.
what next a washing machine that doubles a paint mixer?
This is all well and good until the wife wants a toastie and you want plain toast.

    £52 for a toaster
    Shinoke's avatar
Lol. How much did you pay for your last toaster and how long did it last?
Pointless buying a £20 toaster every few years vs a good quality one that lasts much longer
Having said that I have no idea if this has any decent longevity.
My Magimix toaster does though. Got it for around £75 on sale. Goes for twice that normally.
But it's very well built, you can buy spare parts for it and it's fully serviceable.
    It's also a glass toaster
Anything but a glass toaster is stupid in my opinion - if you can't see your toast you'll easily burn it.

I got mine a few weeks ago, the shelf never went in all the way so could not use. I do love the kettle to keep water boiled until ready to use
    Justintime12's avatar
Cos that 10 second wait to re-boil freshly boiled water is such a first world problem...
