    I did this and the device got stuck in stupid. The white light stayed on and off forever. I won’t be trying that again!

    The company needs to get up-to-speed and make it so you can reset digitally or remotely. Every time the power goes off I have to go through this...ridiculous.

    I changed the batteries and the camera stopped working.I reset the doorbell by pushing the button for 10 seconds, but it won't record.

    I changed the batteries and it’s not working. There is no light not connecting to the internet. Was talking to a customer care and he just leave and stop talking.

    Camera has been worth fine for 3 months. Noticed it days batteries were bad. Put New batteries.. Tried doin Resest. Camera wont power up/Reset??!!

    We just, recently, had someone try break into our home and they tried "ringing" the doorbell several times consecutively. The bell recorded the ring and never took the picture of the person ringing the bell. I have no picture from the bell to give to police. The bell is supposed to take a picture and keep it for 24 hrs. This reset option is not helpful when you can not access the stored information that could possibly save a life. We are switching to another bell service.

    I have had this item for 13 days. Had to reset it 4x since buying it. Changed batteries because it stopped working a 5x but now it stopped all together. I think you should send me a new one or my money back because this is not right. You definitely need to work on this doorbell camera and the bugs before selling anymore...it's a piece of crap

    I have replaced my device with new batteries and it's still not working. I have also followed the video, which I have did before when I got it, and it's still not working. 😞

    I have replaced batteries with new ones. Havent received any new notifications since 6am. I tried the reset and nothing happens no white light nothing!

    This is utter garbage, won't connect with the qr code to finish the reset. Device just got hot from all the time I took trying to get it to connect. Chime will connect. At least the way we set up a year ago the thing connected using the password. This extra step is ridiculous.

    If you need to reset your doorbell camera just uninstall it from the app and reinstall from the beginning and that works, it does not work doing it the way they advice. I don’t understand why they just don’t tell you to uninstall the device and then reinstall it. It’s easy and works first time. His advice is wrong. I’ll keep this going until I find a better quality one as both the front and back ones just stopped working, back one started working again but front one didn’t and it stopped working while I was away so I didn’t see my sunroom was being used by the neighbours cats and they brought dead rats in. Yuk. So don’t trust this if you are going away. It failed me.

    Seriously... It is super frustrating if one isn't sure about electronics in general. Really your's just stopped working!? Oh man! I've had great luck with mine thankfully!!
