We bought table, chairs, sofa and ottoman from the Ashley store in Medford MN. Kaci was our sales person who was so helpful and friendly from start to finish! We received a call from the delivery department prior to our scheduled delivery noting a sofa table had a small flaw and did we want the table. They sent photo and we declined noting we would be in to select a different one. No hesitation at all about not taking it. The delivery team delivered on time and made quick work of placing the furniture where we wanted. All contacts were professional and fun to work with. We will definitely shop Ashley again!!

Recently purchased a large sectional and sofa sleeper through Danielle at Ashley in Marquette. Danielle made everything so easy. She gave me her cell phone number and answered my questions even on her days off! Also, she came in on her day off to let me take a further look at different products. She was knowledgeable and had great suggestions! I especially like that there was no pressure at any time on her part. The delivery guys were fantastic. When they arrived, before unwrapping the sofa sleeper, they measured the doorway and realized it would not fit. This made return/delivery a snap! The guys added the measurements for the doorway to my account so Danielle was able to quickly find an alternative for the extra bedroom sofa sleeper. Love my couch, ottoman, and sofa sleeper! Very glad we had Danielle’s help and went to Ashley Furniture in Marquette.

I have shopped many times at Ashley Furniture Home store. I was greeted by the salesman Eric and he listened to what I was wanting and stayed at a distance until I signaled I needed help which was very important to me. I don't like feeling crowded while I am browsing. After I finished my selections - family room, bedroom and kitchen - His manager Kevin came over. I did have some things arise out of their control and they were patient and made sure I was happy and feeling GREAT with my purchase. I ended up adding a mattress to my order and went back and forth with both Eric and Kevin and they were very helpful. Definitely will be referring them business. GREAT overall experience all because of the 2 of them.

We have never gone into an Ashley furniture before. The first person that greeted us was a gentleman named PT. He wasn’t too overbearing which we so appreciated. He asked us what type and style we were looking for and showed us our options. The manager gave us a good price. PT followed thru with all the details and made the experience very seamless. We got everything delivered in two weeks by very good delivery men and couldn’t be happier with our new furniture. We would definitely buy again from this store and ask for PT to help us.

If you want helpful, honest opinion go see Tony at Janesville store. No pressure just answered questions and listened. I'm not a big spender by any means and very critical when buying but Tony made it easy and really worked his butt off to get us a good deal on a very high-end brand. We actually left store to shop a couple more places and Tony continued to pull strings to get it in our budget after the fact. We will stop there first the next time we look for any home furnishings.

Tried to call customer service when we didn’t get chairs on date of delivery- computer was no help, they did chat online, finally got a “real person” again no clue when we would get chairs. Amazon has it all perfect- companies need to take a lesson from their excellent service or go out of business. Ashley sucks!!!!

First and foremost the sale associate at the Mohegan lake location was very nice and patient. Here is my problem: I order a couple of bedroom sets. One bed is fine, the other is super firm to the point it feels like you laying on metal or concrete. I have slept on firm my whole life and never woke up with pain and burning sensation to the sides that I slept on.

So I purchased a sofa from them last year. Within the month the cushions sank. They sent a representative in and he advised us this was a manufacturer's defect. They said they’ll give us new cushions and that they will not sink. Guess what. They sank! So now we are on the 3rd set of cushions that are less than 7 days old. They also sank. And these are supposed to be the best cushions they have. I've asked for a refund numerous times considering that it’s a manufacturing defect. Nope. They don’t give refunds even if their product is defective. Please do not buy from them. Customer service is horrible!

Ashley Furniture Does Not Sell Safe Furniture or Products. We bought a Queen Headboard in April of 2024 online & on sale. We were Never notified by Ashley Furniture that is was Manufactured with Toxic & Cancer causing materials. We found out after delivery on the outer packaging and were Terrified. We called our nearby Ashley Furniture in Midlothian, Va after calling Ashley Corporate in Fredericksburg, Va and were told by Harry that our Local store should accept it. They refused to so so. We then called an 866# in Wisconsin and it was Ashley Furniture Industries and spoke with Tina **, an Office Mgr who indicated that they would accept a delivery only if paid for over $40.00 in delivery fees. That is Unacceptable and Unethical since we were brazenly shipped merchandise of a Cancer causing nature which is their words.

Nice when you are at the store, I have had great experience til my 2nd purchase. They made me purchase $450 in a extended guarantee and every time we call to claim the something about our couches that they said the guarantee will take car off they won't cover. They are ridiculous to have it cover and they said is not cover 2 things at a time... Is a cream color couch and they want to have 1 little thing only still when the couch is more than 2 years old. They don't want to have decoloration, stains, rips or etc.... They want us to call a COMPANY THAT WORKS with them to wash them "PROFESSIONALLY" IF WE CAN'T TO CLEAN IT. My guarantee is for 5 YEARS!!! AND I'M ONLY 1.... WAIT MY MONEY FOR LIES.... WON'T BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN....
