I really enjoy the capabilities of Rise because it lets content creators tailor their learning to a variety of learning archetypes. I don't think there is much to dislike about the platform outside of one concern which is its mobile capabilities. Rise requires learners to be on a desktop to get the full user experience, and for us, a lot of the content needs to be accessible on the field which is where this platform falls short. I love the UI experience that Rise offers. The way you can interact with a photo and make the training engaging is perfect. It can hit on all learning styles. The quizzes at the end of the training courses are great for information retention. We use it for all new hires on the team, which makes our new hire schedule fluid and seamless since they can get the bulk of the information, and then the hands-on training.
